The Apartment location is perfect, ideally located right in the centre of the old town just off the Main Street. Newly refurbished with a double entrance both with new up to dates locks makes the apartment feel very safe. Excellent size, offering a large kitchen/diner & large bedroom with ensure bathroom.
Silvana the apartment owner was fantastic organising taxi's for us & advising on restaurants & places to visit.

Brand new flat sparking clean, fully equipped kitchen, with oven and utilities. Room with TV, Frig, Washing machine, Air con and hot water.
Owner is extremely warm and helpful, offer to drive us to have special meal and her recommendation were good and not expensive.
The best stay for my whole trip up to now.
In Zadar, there is plenty of supply of frest meat fish and grocery if you prefer to cook.
The hostel is 50 meter from local market with everything.
Very clean & centrally located apartment, everything seemed brand
new. The host is very nice, happy to recommend places to eat &
visit. The location is just a block from the town's sea-side
promenade. There is a public parking area a block away on the edge of
old-town - convenient, since there is no parking in the old town itself.
We loved this apartment. Because of the apartment's excellent standards and the location right in the center of the old town of Zadar. The apartment was clean, neat and well equipped. The landlord Nick was service minded and helpful. We would love to come back and recommend this apartment to other travelers.
We liked everything!! Nik was great - very friendly and helpful; the apartment was comfortable, pristine and spacious; and the location was perfect - right in the centre of the old town, and with easy-access parking almost on the doorstep. We would highly recommend that you stay here!!.

Location: right in the middle of the old town, 200m to the famous Zadar sea promenade.
Staff: Excellent host, she came to meet us, gave us recommendation for an very good restaurant (Bruschetta).
Appartment: every thing is practically brand new, spotless.
The owner was very helpful and put himself out for us, even helping us to buy bus tickets and dropping us at the bus station. The apartment was well situated right in the centre of the old city and a short walk from the sea.
The Apartments are very clean and modern inside. The owner is very helpful. the location is ideal for discovering Zadar. We will definitely be returning Thank you.
The appartment is perfect for a visit to Zadar. It is located in the heart of the city. I would definitely stay here again!.
Everything was excellent...the kitchen, the bathroom, the coach as a second bed, and the central location.

Very minor things - not really a negative but note there is no lift & apartment is on the 2nd floor.
Bed was a little firm but I'm being picky!.
The only problem is that we have to climb 3 floors, with heavy luggage, the owner help me to carry one suitcase!
It would be perfect if the wooden blind would be replaced so that the light could be completely blocked.
Like most Croatian apartment blocks, there is no lift, so you need to
carry your bags up a flight of stairs yourself. This is just a note so
people expect it, especially if they have limited mobility. It's the
same with most apartment blocks in the country.

The appartment's entry is not facing the front street (you enter a small alley way into a large court yard at the rear and go through the back), a little intimidating if it's late at night and dark. We didn't encounter any problem.
Our first impressions on entering the building were that it was a bit decrepid, but the apartment itself was new and well-designed.
The wifi signal was sometimes very low.
