The location of Villa Squero was perfect. The first 2 nights we stayed in the attic room where we were happy except for the bonking of our heads on the angled ceiling. The view is incredible, looking back at Rovinj and watching the boats come and go. The second 2 nights were with a balcony on the floor below. We dearly loved the room and sitting on the balcony where we were witness to a lightning storm with water spouts. Very exciting. We just loved everything. From the location to the fantastic breakfast on the terrace to the most beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Also, the little touches, like the bottle of sparkling water in the fridge and a gateau to nibble each evening on our return. The hotel is so good for both the old town of Rovinj and also for the wonderful coast line, which we could explore on the free bikes which we got from the hotel. Thanks to everyone, it was a pleasure to stay in an hotel w.
Wonderful location, beautiful views across harbour to old town from spacious front balcony rooms, everything within short walking distance. Very friendly staff, complimentary daily extras - water and snacks - in room. Ample choice of hot/cold, savoury/sweet items for breakfast taken on ground floor terrace. Evening meals served also on first floor terrace with spectacular sunsets. Restaurant always buzzing. Excellent bicycles supplied free of charge.
Very spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Location is very nice - you can have breakfast overlooking the water, and it's only about a 5 minute walk from town (nice and quiet!). Bike rental is included, which is a nice perk. They even packed us a lunch for our trip on our way out of Rovinj! This is a really lovely place.
- everything is good, staffs are excellent, very friendly and helpful. I took a 30kg luggage, the staff helped to deliver to my room when I arrived ( who climbed so many stairs up to my room ), and this has never happened during all my 3 weeks trip in Europe!

A really good spot for those who like beach and good food, which is provided by the local restaurant.
If I come back to Rovinj this will definately be my destination. The rooms are clean and with a lot of space. Also good for a family trip.
Great place to stay. Excellent facilities with super view of the harbour and old town. Provides bicycles to check out the beach area and it's an easy walk to Old town.

Although not a major road between the hotel and the sea,I can imagine it might be quite noisy at night in high season.
Parking is a bit tricky, but staff will help you figure it out - and it's free!.
