This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. Architecturally and as measured by position views etc. this is a gem.
In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff
were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great;
wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service .
Excellent breakfasts individually made if required. A lovely walk along
the waterfront took you to the old town in about 40 minutes or taxi
from the hotel for 56 Kunar (£8 €7). Connections from the airport

The location is ideal , 5mn walk from the riva (no climb) where
evrything is happening (restaurants , boat to he islands) . We were met
by Jure at the bus station and it's a 1 mn walk from there . At the
bus station there is a Konsum supermarket, a fruits and vegetables open
market , bakery, cheese and ham and wine shop and a laundrette which is

The appartement itself is functionnal and in very good condition but without charm . -
Everything was top notch at this apartment. From check in to departure.
Our host helped us with exploring the town. Car and boat rental way
better than agency rates. The best place we stayed on our trip so far
in Croatia the past two weeks. You are in the heart of the town and
about a minute walk to bus station and main area. Quite street and
beautiful Terrance to enjoy some wine on a nice evening. Apartment was
twice the size of anything we rented before. Wifi was perfect. 2 big

Excellent hotel. Great facilities. The pool area is pretty special with wonderful views back towards Split. Better to stay here if visiting Split. - A stunning hotel with excellent facilities, friendly staff and overall worthy of its rating.

Well-located within the Old Town of Hvar with great harbour-front views; Suite 522 was spacious (must have been at least 40 sq m), well-designed in contemporary style and colours and had a 2-person jacuzzi in the bathroom which our four-and-half year old loved! We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Lipa. The facilities were excellent, rooms very spacious and smart with lovely views onto the bay. The pool was good and the food very nice. The staff, in particular, were excellent. They spoke perfect English and did everything they could to make sure we had a lovely stay and to deal with any problems if we had them.

Great in all senses. New, clean, fancy, helpful, kindest staff, top notch design, funniest swimming pool, great location, with best views and just a short walk from wonderful Hvar Town Square - Wow. What a hotel!!!!! Location, staff, facilities, oh the views! Amfora is a must.

We liked everything about our stay. The owners were really friendly and helpful and they wouldn't bother us during our stay like it happened in other apartments before. It is literally 10 minute walk to downtown Split and 3 minutes to the local supermarket Konzum. The apartment is superbly furnished yet practical with all kitchen appliances incl. coffee machine. There is even a small patio with a table and chairs in front of the apartment.

As a family we had a fantastic stay at Villa Rubcic. Apartments were clean. All the rooms were larger than expected. Great wi-fi and air conditioning. The location just cannot be beaten. So close to everything you want or need in Makarska, supermarket, beaches, restaurants, fast food outlets etc.

The apartman is in a very good location in Makarska. Close to the main beach and to the restaurants. Our department was nice and comfortable with sea view (to be honest you can see mostly the trees on the beach, but it is not a problem). The owners were very helpful, and there were a washing machine also in the bathroom. The air condition was very useful in the warm weather. The balcony was nice, and enough for two people and for the drying rack (what was a bit rusty).

Very efficient welcome. Great apartment, wonderful view and great pool (but don't expect it to be heated)- perfect for children. Within reasonable walking distance to taxi-boats to Trogir/ beaches and supermarkets. Good value for money- would definitely recommend to others.
