  Tranquil beautiful house set on a hill in central Cavtat. Steps down to lovely cove never too busy and for a small fee could hire sunbeds. House had air con in all rooms. Kitchen facilities excellent and nice terrace to eat on. Owner met us with a friendly welcome. Very good location with ferries and day trips and restaurants all close by (bit mor... τι λέει ο κόσμος » e than 200m as advertised). - Very high specification throughout. Modern, Spacious, bright with loads of storage space for clothes, toiletries and your suitcases. It was extremely quiet during day and night. Although it didn't bother us there are lots of steps up to property from promenade but its worth it.

  The hotel was new, well designed, peaceful and never felt too busy eventhough the rooms were all booked. Wonderful views across the clear seaeven from the bathroomwindow!. Great sun terraces and pool. Quick andeasy transfer from the airport. A great place to stay for relaxation -had a fantastic week here. - The small restaurants nearby.

  We stayed in the Duplex apartment at the start of October.The location of the apartment cannot be beaten, absolutely in the centre of old Dubrovnik. It is right at the heart of the city life and as it is the top two floors is actually very quiet...except for the bells of St Blaise's church (literally a few feet away) and the Cathedral. The facilities to cook are absolutely fine but you are spoilt fo - The apartment was perfectly central in the city, very easy to get to on arrival & extremely spacious, so no tripping over the suitcase during our stay! It was great to have somewhere we were never more than a 15 minute walk away from (within the city walls), for any well needed breaks from the blazing sun. I would definitely stay there again on a return to trip to Dubrovnik.

  Basically, everything was just wonderful; the weather, the apartment and especially the host. My husbandt and I booked a room just one day before because we were travelling the coast. Pablo met us at the entrance to the city, he carried our suitcases and on the way to the room he showed us a few interesting places to visit. The city is so beautifu... τι λέει ο κόσμος » l, it's beyond words and our stay there was unforgetable. We will come again for sure. I would recommend it to anyone, the city and Luxury x rooms. - The apartment is beautiful, just as one the photos but even better. It's located in the Old town, everything is in walking distance. Great view, wifi and very clean. The host is an interesting guy, very funny and helpfull. He showed us arround, recommended a few interesting places to visit which are not in the tour guides and a few good restaurants. He even organised a boat trip for us with discount. It was great, a beautiful experience. I would love to come again
