Enjoying a quiet locating and surrounded by unspoiled nature, Rooms Ivanka is set only 800 metres from the entrance to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The property offers an on-site bar and rooms with free WI-Fi.

All the staff at Roooms Ivanka were helpful and pleasant; room was clean and comfortable & ours had a balcony; a refrigerator was available in the hallway to be shared with other guests; all meals were available for purchase, including self-serve bkft.& were very good & served in a pleasant atmosphere; within walking distance of Plitvice Park; we enjoyed our stay!.
I was very satisfied with this accomodation. Good location within walking distance from the national park entrance #1 (though on a dangerous roadside without pedestrian path), the house looked nice, tidy, with familiar atmosphere, comfortable (except the bathroom) and well equipped. Very clean and comfortable rooms. I was surprised at how nice it was
since it was the cheapest option at Plitvice. Welcoming staff, all you
can eat breakfast for 7 euros was great to have before walking around
the park all day. About a ten minute walk to entrance #1 of the
national park.
Very friendly staff. Good location for Plitvice sightseeing. The owners take care of their guests - although we were arriving very late (even later than announced), the owner was still waiting for us.

It was really near to one of the entrances for the Plitvice Lakes national park.
Just minor issues: very small bathroom - more children's size than adults:-), restaurant was off for dinners this time - we used one 5 km downside, not cheap but very good food there.
The wifi was weak.
The house is a bit far away from bus stop - it takes 20 minute walk through busy road. However for people with cars it is not a problem - parking available.
Bathroom was a bit small, a bit far from the bus stop if walking with bags, felt like a lot more than 800 meters. Very thin walls, so a lot of noise from other guests!.
Nothing to dislike as this was ideal for what we wanted.
Expensive food in the restaurant.
The room was pretty small with a small bathroom. The furniture seemed old, there was a whole in the door. Sounds from the other room could be heard easily. The prices in the restaurant in place were as in a luxury restaurant on the sea in Zadar in went to the previous night and there was not much choice.
