We enjoyed a week stay with the grandparents and our children age 5 and 7. Clean large pool, 7 min. walk to the beach, boat rental and day trips available, 2 restaurants, ice cream shop and a market for daily shopping as well as dog friendly. Short drive to Pula city center. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Children's nightly dance party was a must for our two!!

Very hospitable family. The apartment has a wonderful view over the Marina Veruda. The host was so friendly and made the transfer to the airport and back. Just outside Pula at Pjescana Uvala. Large older style apartment above the family's house, real wood not plastic. Very large terrace with full views over beach, harbour & islands. Very nice people, but limit English, and my non-existent Croatian or German was annoying, though the place and people were perfectly nice and helpful as can be. The owners soon speaks fine English, and his father, with whom I dealt more w a good ho.

We loved the Park plaza Verudela. It is a large resort with a two hotels on the site, the other is the park plaza Histria (this is where the wellness and the breakfast is) it is very convenient for people who don't want to drive into town everyday as there is a supermarket, restaurants and some shops on site all in walking distance.

Although our cabin was located a ten minute walk through the campsite, this walk was quite pleasant as we got used to it. Flat shoes being a must. Location wise it turned out to be fantastic. The sea was practically on our doorstep, lovely woodland surroundings and only a short drive by taxi or regular bus into the town centre. An excellent holiday all round.

We were the very first guests and everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment is only a 2-minute walk from Portarata (the golden gate), but there's absolutely no noise to be heard, even though lively cafes are just around the corner. Close proximity to transport links, endless places to eat and drink to suit all budgets. Facilities were good, had everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen, air con. Landlord sorted out a problem with the drain in the first apt, moved us to another, no fuss. Helped with free parking nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay at Villa Dama. The room was clean, spacious,
quiet and well equipped. I was in the studio apartment with has a large
terrace and glimpses of the Adriatic Sea. The welcome by Maja and Davor
was perfect, and they went out of their way to help such as providing a
bike to cycle around a beautiful peninsula. The accommodation is
connected to Pula by bus (around 10 per day on weekdays and 4-5 per day
on weekends) and a taxi costs around 50 kuna (if booked by the hosts).
