The white and blue Villa Mermaid is a modern and airy property with a pool that is situated in the small tourist town of Podstrana near Split. This rectangular villa is enclosed in greenery with charming views of the sea and the surrounding environment. The decked swimming pool and sun loungers invite you to soak up the sun and refresh during hot summer days. The bright and modern furnished air-conditioned interior offers a large seating area with a flat-screen satellite TV and free WiFi. A fully equipped modern kitchen is joined by a spacious dining area that offers floor to ceiling windows and views of the garden. Spacious bathrooms come with a shower, a bidet, a hairdryer, bathrobes and free toiletries. In the outdoor area you will find barbecue facilities that will give you the opportunity to prepare fresh fish or other delicious grilled dishes made with local produce.
