Hotel Sv. Jakov is located in a gorgeous little villa facing the Sv. Jakov park. The hotel restaurant's terrace - where breakfast was served - was an absolute highlight! Since the number of rooms in the building is small when compared to typical hotel buildings, staying at Sv. Jakov offers a very private experience. -

Great location with a beautiful view of the water both from the inside as the outside. Very nice apartment with all equipment and a large terrace. The hosts are very welcoming, helpful and hospitable. On arrival we were offered a cool drink and had a talk with the owners. Certainly a very recommendable place where we would like to come again.

As a man who has to travel too much, i can frankly put this hotel into my top three. The hotel gives much according to the price. Although it is building more than 100 years, the renovation is well balanced. Modernism and history lays side by side. This is not a hotel, but a B&B apartment. It is very comfortable
with a full bath, kitchen and washing machine. The view is spectacular.
The amenities are everything you would expect in an apartment and can
accommodate an entire family. The proprietor is extremely helpful and
friendly and the value is better than should be expected. -

This was a clean, comfortable apartment with one bedroom and a sofa-bed
