Apartments Roza is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden and set in the village of Mlini, 10 km from Dubrovnik. All units are air-conditioned and feature free Wi-Fi, while the terrace provides natural shade and views of the sea.
Both rooms and apartments at the Roza offer satellite TV, a desk and a private bathroom with shower or bath and a hairdryer. Apartments are also fitted with a fully equipped kitchenette.
Sandy and rocky beaches can be found 300 metres from Roza Apartments, while restaurants, bars and shops are all within walking distance.
Buses with direct connections to Dubrovnik stop just 30 metres from the apartments. The famous Dubrovnik Old Town, centre of all happenings, can be reached in a 10-minute drive. A walk along the Stradun Promenade or on the Old Town Walls is a unique experience for all guests.
Dubrovnik Main Bus Station and Ferry Port can be reached 11 km, while Dubrovnik International Airport is 9 km away. Shuttle service to and from the airport is available upon request and for an additional cost.

The location was perfect: close to the beach, the bakery & the mini-market. However, it was also away from hotels etc so perfectly peaceful & quiet. The host family were extremely welcoming, kind & generous. We had lots of fresh figs, a bottle of something strong & homemade, slices of homemade cherry cake. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The view from the terrace was stunning; the sea-view really was a proper sea-view. We would definitely. όλα τα σχόλια »
We enjoined a lot the vacation in the apartments Roza as there are:
- true family hospitality, friendliness and carafulness;
- amazing view from the room;
- quiet place, few minutes to the park and the best beach with shady pine-trees;
- very nice price for comfortable rest.
Very welcoming and helpful landlady, extremely clean and comfortabe apartment in a quiet area. Both days we were offered a bowl of fresh fruit from their garden. Excellent value for money.
A very nice and comfortable appartments, not far from the sea.
Reccomend to couples with children, a plate of grape and figs every
morning included.
Wonderful host, very nice location: lovely beaches, great views, pretty close to Dubrovnik.

Actually we like everything, we only may note as there's no private kitchen in the room (however you may use the hosts' one to cook) - it is more suitable for a couple / friends without children.
It's pretty high up the hills (which means a LOT of stairs to go up on the way back) which I was not quite prepared for.
