Korčula’s Old Town is a pedestrian zone and public parking is available around the old town.

We stayed at these lovely apartments twice on the way to and from Hvar. Both rooms were beautifully appointed and very clean, with lovely bathrooms, great showers, comfortable beds and crisp, clean bed linen. The apartments have been beautifully decorated and the owners have paid attention to detail with lots of lovely little touches throughout including nice towels and lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Everything was even much better then announced in Internet :) We liked our host very much, and the appartment was realy comfortable, clean, very quiet during the night. The appartment is in the heart of the old city, so everything was within maximum 5 minutes walk. It was very nice to take a walk also later in the night through the old streets of Korcula.

Branko was so helpful, meeting us at the port and carrying my suitcase to the room! We arrived early but he was more than accommodating, letting us store our bags and giving us a quick look at the room. Perfect for a couple, one of the larger studio apartments I stayed in during my Croatian holiday. There is a fantastic restaurant under the room that has great pizza and pasta, and if you head back to the port there is an amazing restaurant that does an incredible lamb and pork spit roast- one o.
The location within the Old Town was fantastic. Near to sights, bars,a couple of supermarkets, the harbour for the ferry and a few minutes walk from the bus station. We didn't check in till about 9pm after arriving on the cat from Split. Found the appts. easily and were met at the door and helped with the cases up two flights of staira to the studio apt. Everything you could need. Fab air con and very comfy bed. Will go back for a longer stay.
The apartment and building was very comfortable and very well decorated (more than just functional).
It is located right in the heart of the Old Town in a traditional narrow alley, yet in spite of this, the room was very quiet and peaceful.
The owner was very helpful without being intrusive.
Ideal for a stay in Old Town (though if you want beaches, swimming, sea views etc you might prefer something that is not in the middle of Old Town).
Like everyone else said, this place is just great. We had the studio room at the top and although it wasn't large, it was perfectly comfortable; had plenty of storage, a kitchenette, comfortable bed and even a clock (1st time we knew the time without grabbing our phones.) Good size bathroom with excellent shower. Branko is a considerate and lovely host. Loved the fact is was a 3 min walk from the dock. Highly recommend!.
The apartment is well situated and a few minutes walk from the harbour, where we were met by the owner Branko who walked us to the apartment. We were welcomed warmly, the apartment was exceptionally clean, light and well equipped. We were delighted with the loft apartment, perfect for two nights for a young couple passing through Korcula travelling on a budget.
Everything was great about this place. Our room was lovely and the location was second to none in the area. I would recommend it strongly. The owner was a gentleman. Took us from the boat to the place. Let us do out washing for free, which he dried on his own balcony. We had to pay 200 kuna for this in Hvar! Also have us beach towels which was fantastic.
First you receive a letter some days in advance to welcome you. Then you are warmly received at the dock. Then you are introduced to a room with flowers, a lot of little details to make you feel at home. And last, but not least, the floor heating in the bathroom is turned on, to assure your 100% comfort. What else is there to say?.
Possibly the nicest, friendliest and most helpful man we have ever met. The cleanest and most well appointed apartments we stayed in during our trip with lots of attention to detail, well designed rooms, lovely bed linen and a really powerful shower. Would definitely stay there again without a doubt.
This apartment was really well decorated and comfortable. Located right in the heart of the old town and only 3 minutes walk from the ferry. The owner met us at the ferry and was more than helpful with everything during our trip. Apt is very quiet. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Branko was so kind to meet us upon our arrival , and walk us up from the harbor; also oriented us to markets, dining, activities.

As with all places in Croatia you have stairs. If you are only traveling a short time a suitcase is fine, but if you are exploring the islands a bit more like we did, I'd recommend using a back pack.

The room is not soundproof, and we can hear noise from the outside.
Absolutely nothing!.
Not a thing!.
Only thing missing was a water view.
