Set within a quiet park in a 300-year-old summer house of the famous Croatian scientist Ruđer Bošković, Villa Anica is just a-5 minute walk from the UNESCO-listed Old City of Dubrovnik. It offers air-conditioned rooms featuring a patio with sun loungers and sea views. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Combining rustic-style with modern amenities, the villa has 3 bedrooms decorated with wooden beams, each with a private bathroom. It comprises a living room with an LCD satellite TV. Guests can relax on sun decks or have a traditional breakfast in a private garden with a 60-metre long promenade. Various restaurants serving local and international dishes can be found just steps away, while a green market is 300 metres from the property. A children playground is located near the villa. The nearest beach is just 350 metres away, while the popular city beach Banje is 1 km from the Anica Villa. The Stradun Promenade, Dubrovnik Walls and other well-known sights can be explored within walking distance. Local bus stops in the vicinity, and the Anica Villa can arrange a parking place in the nearby garage. The Main Bus Station and Ferry Port are 2 km away. Dubrovnik Airport is at a distance of 19 km. Villa Anica offers pick up service and different types of excursions at an additional cost.

This was the best we've seen in Croatia. The perfect mix between price and offering. The location is beautiful and near the city's points of interest, the room and services are 4* quality. Villa Anica offers a great vacation experience, with its nicely trim Roman-like terrace where the owners grow Mediteraneean herbs and flowers and which offers a very nice view of the old city and the sea. Breakfast was rich and tasty, served on the beautiful terrace by our the very hospitable and friendly hos.

We felt that it offered a peaceful setting out of the centre of town, and when we were there the air felt fresher higher up as there was a slight breeze. The hostess was very friendly and the villa was attractive and clean. We were offered fresh produce from the garden and an excellent breakfast. For those unable to climb the steps, it's possible to get a cable car up from town to a short walk away from the villa. Everything was just perfect. The house belong to a family and ran by this family, so toy feel like at home all the time. Very cosy, homey atmosphere. The location is super, five mins from the Old Town, quiet street, partly sea view. Owners also gave us a parking card for the neatest parking for free, very convenient! Lots of people write about the steps and yes, they are there, but its an old city on a mountain, t do you expect?). Great central location, only 5 minutes walk to anywhere in the old town. Very clean, modern apartment. There is some street noise but nothing more than could be expected when staying so central (in a reasonably quiet area). The owners went well above what could be expected to help us out. We only left this morning but will definately recommend to family and friends. Thanks for a great stay in Zadar. Villa Anica is a unique renovated Villa perfectly located just 5 minutes walking to the Old Town. It has amazing views of the Fort and the sea. Staff is great! Extremely friendly and supportive, you feel like you are at home. The atmosphere is 100% Croatian with delicious organic wine and breakfast. It is a comfortable and peaceful place at an affordable price. Clean & modern apartment run as a B&B (breakfast extra) by a very accomodating couple, very relaxing and quiet we were completely at home reading and eating on their patio surrounded by fruit and vegetables grown for our consumption. A perfect hide away a short walk away from the busy old town. With my son, 10 years old , we really felt home , with very friendly, and full of good tips owners, 5 minutes walk from old town Dubrovnik. Room was luxuous for the price, and breakfast was really a moment of rest before starting the day. Proximityto core interests outstanding, as is the view from the facility. Room is very spacious with modern bathroom. Private and quiet with an accommodating and helpful hostess. Parking is three minutes walk away in city garage. warm-hearted owners, lovely location with a superb garden (even had some fruits out of it for breakfast), idyllic, nice modern rooms, great breakfast, Close to the old town. The owners were very nice, the villa was quiet, very clean and a perfect place to visit dubrovnik's historical center which is just a few minuts walk. If you are arriving by taxi, use the public car park nearby. The villa is on a pedestrian street off the car park. (You can park very near to the villa). No complains at all. But I suppose it is a bit pricey. Poored with rain when we left, not the owners fault but nothing else was bad. Thanks again. Getting there can be confusing. Doorbell would be helpful. there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was fine but be ready to go upstairs after a day of excursions or after a beach. The sea was rather cold and the nearest beach was too small. Hostess objected to our use of the kitchen and offered to make breakfast and also referred to the restaurants in the city. No real downsides, only thing to mention is that you have to climb a few steps when walking from the centre back to the Villa. everything was perfect. Nothing. definitely nothing !. public parking. The description was not accurate, the facilities that are in common areas are described as part of room facilities. Terrace and etc. are for all the guests and not private of the room,. Lack of Privacy.
