Apartments Dalmatino is quietly set on Lapad Peninsula, 250 metres from the beach and a 10-minute bus ride from Dubrovnik’s Old Town. Featuring free Wi-Fi and free parking, it offers a terrace and air-conditioned accommodation units.
The apartment and the studio have their own seating area on the common terrace. Each unit provides a flat-screen satellite TV and a kitchen or a kitchenette with a dining area.
Lapad Promenade, filled with various restaurants and cafés, is 30 metres away. The nearest grocery shop is 50 metres away. The beach offers rental of jet skis, parasols and deck chairs.
The UNESCO-protected historic centre is full of sights. Some of them include the Stradun Promenade and the Gothic-Renaissance Sponza Palace. Dubrovnik Cable Car, with panoramic views, is 3.5 km away.
A bus stop, with frequent links to the centre, is at a distance of 100 metres. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port are within 2 km. Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km from the Dalmatino Apartments.

The location of these apartments is perfect, just 30m from the promenade in Lapad with numerous restaurants, shops,bars and atm. There is a supermarket about 100m from the apartments and the bus stop ( no 6- 10min ride) to Dubrovnik old town is just around the corner.
Although there were only two of us we stayed in apt no3 which can cater for four people.The apartments have been recently renovated to a very high standard and are spotlessly clean. Towels were changed frequently and the apartment. όλα τα σχόλια »
Great accommodation in Lapad just a short bus trip into the Old Town.
The area is much more relaxed (not to mention more budget friendly) than
the Old Town, and would recommend travellers consider setting their base
here instead. Excellent proximity Lapad beach, as well as to the port
where excursions to the Elephiti Islands (among other locations) depart.
Location is also close to a supermarket, tourist info centre, and an
array of cafes and bars. Facilities were extremely clean and staff were.
Perfect. that's the word. the apartment was really clean and had everything we needed. But the best was the treatment received. John helped us in everything we need, even when we were no longer staying in the apartment.
The apartment's location is very good, next you have a supermarket and shopping area with restaurants, shops and the beach. The apartment is 10 minutes from the old town by bus, running every 10 minutes. Also, if you are traveling with children, you have numerous parks and attra.
There is a lot of good things to say about this place. The location is amazing, right next to cafe's, a large supermarket, beaches (3 min. walk) and just outside the apartment there is a bus to the Old Town. The apartment was modern and had everything you needed. But the thing that stood out the most was how friendly and helpful the staff was, so you feel welcome as soon as you meet the staff/owners. I can highly recommend this place.
The two guys Ante & John could not be more helpful, up a lovely quiet side street, great for family quiet at night but beside everything, beach 5min walk down promanade, bus to Dubrovnik old city 2min walk-10 min bus drive. great area to go for long walks with beautiful views, left onto promanade left at beach & you can do full circle( with buggy--no steps) great views.
The apartment was very clean/updated and very well located right in lapad next to a large supermarket, many bars/restaurants, and the bus into Old Town. It was really the ideal location for a visit to Dubrovnik. Niko, John and Ante provided great service/advice and were very accessible/responsive. The apt also has convenient free parking right outside your door.
Everything! The staff was amazing and the accommodations couldn't have been any better. Great location next to the promenade, restaurants and grocery. Spacious room, well equipped kitchenette and very clean. Off street private parking was a must and made getting going in the morning much easier. Couldn’t have asked for anything else. A++ We’ll be back!.
It's located in a really nice area, 5 minutes walking to the beach and 10-15 minutes to Old Town by bus (or 45 minutes walking). There are a few bars and a supermarket nearby. Modern facilities with fully-equipped kitchen and spacious room with air-con. Wi-fi was working well and staff was great. Whenever I had a question, I was promptly answered by email.
Loved everything about the apartment. Fabulously clean, luxurious, central location, 5mins to beach/local walks,good access to shops,great local bus transport links, easy for old town, owners extremely helpful, v welcoming, great private outside space in courtyard garden. Handy for restaurants great value for money (cheaper than backpackers).
We stayed in these apartments for 4 nights. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. The beach was 5 min walk away and supermarket 2 mins away and plenty of restaurants so close. Upon arrival we were collected by the owners and it was top class service. We would highly recommend these apartments and would definitely go back.
All the Staff are very friendly! They have all the information that you need from Dubrovnik and anything you need they have it for you. Congratulations for the excelent service! The apartments have their own parking and in the near you have all kind of restaurants and a very beautiful beach! The center is only ten minutes by bus.
The "host" was very nice, willing to support and
serve,....very professional. The room is modern, furniture is new,
veey clean. The location of the appartments is very close to the
beach and to bus 6 ...for going in Old Town.Beautiful promenade area,
with restaurants and terases. I'm delighted to have chosen

Great location, opposite a supermarket and right on the Lapad peninsular with plenty of bars and eating places. facilities were excellent and the apartment was in a great condition. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly- I would definitely recommend these apartments!.
Apartment manager came to pick us up. John is very kind and nice. He
said we are the last guest. But the weather was really good in Nov.

The best location in Dubrovnic after the old town itself. Close to beautiful beaches and the bus stop. Spacious room with a functional kitchenette. The two managers, and the lady that works there, are very helpful and friendly.
Great location, beach is very near, great restaurants, bus station few minutes away. Rooms are clean, with nice furniture and enough space for a young couple.
The location, room and especially the staff were excellent. Enjoyed sitting outside in the patio reading a book and tasting wine under the lemontree.
The very friendly and helpful John met us and filled us in on all the necessaries to make the most of our stay in Dubrovnik. Thoroughly recommend it.

The promanade needs to be cleaned up with street washer, no prob with bins but a problem with dog poo!! would make a huge differance to just freshen it.

Car parking access needs to be coordinated with other guests. Owners not
on site so you have to phone/text and wait for them to turn up. But
both of these are just minor issues.
