Many pros: - owners are very friendly and helpful, really caring and sharing from the very warm welcome up to nice farewell. - the house was very, very well equiped. I can confirm the above mentioned opinions - microwave, coffee maker, refrige, toaster, electric pan, mixer (!!), aircon-set and SAT-TV. But also all means (e. g. chemicals) needed for everyday life. Wooden, roofed terrace with curtains looks really great and gives rest in sunny, warm days. All that (including the mobile house) not.
