It had a really nice view over the Bund. Everything was white and clean.
Staff was really attentive and they helped us on our problems with a
lost passport. It had a washing machine. The kitchen, while not
spectacular, is quite adequate for a short stay. Has a really good
location, just a few mins from the Bund. -

Fantastic location. Close and easy access to tourist attractions, it is
right at the end of the Bund. We had a Deluxe Scenery Suite so we
expected a high standard it was a treat for us on the last few days of a
facinating holiday in China. Still good value compared to Australian

Very clean room, good seervice, nice and friendly staff, good English speaking persons at reception. Central, but quiet when windows are closed. Splendid view on the river and town. - Fabulous views of the Bund and Pudong, the soft bed! (a rarity in China)

The rooms were beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The bed is
one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and the bath was
huge! The deal we got on letsbookhotel.com was fantastic value for money,
especially when compared to the rates on the day. Whilst we didn't
use most of the facilities on offer they looked very good. Would

- the view from the window was amazing, you can see the very beautiful Pearl Tower in the night from your window

I found the hotel so great in term of cost, location, cleanses and overall staff assistance though I found English language were little problem with them but they so cooperative and helpfull. -
Excellent location on pudong area on the river, easily access within
300m to pearl tower, ifc mall ، super brand mall and other attractions.

Perfect location just a block from the Bund. It's literary 4 minute
slow walk to BigBus stop. Room was not huge but not tiny either, no
wrong smells, no dirty spots, nothing what could direct me to more
expensive/not so central place. Our room was on the 2'nd floor
with the street view-gave me a chance to see street life. No long

The Hotel is located in a perfect position. The staff can speak english
enough to solve most of the problems. The room is ok, bed are
comfortable and the bathroom is nice. Furniture is not new and elegant
but come on, the price is ridiculous and it's China! Enjoy it!

We were in the ocean for business trip and it was very comfortable to
stay this hotel, because of its location, good staff and excellent
facilities. And almost the price in this period is according to the

Inside the hotel it was really modern and the decor was great. It was great value and we felt happy about the place. The staff were fantastic and spoke very good English. They looked after our bags between 8am when we arrived in town till a 2pm check in. It is so close to the bund it isn't funny and only a 5-10min walk to the main metro undergroun

We were amazed by how nice this hotel is. Exterior look is nothing fantastic and alittle disappointing. However, the interior was very nicely and tastefully done up. The restaurant area was extremely nice for a wine at night.

Good location, just 100 m from Nanjing Road (if you like it), right in the middle between The Bund and People's Park. There surely are other hotels with a prime view, like Hyatt On The Bund, The Peninsula, Shangri-La on the Pudong side of the Huanghu river but compare the rates. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the pedestrian street and public transport, but far enough to not get any noise from it. Lobby is grand, and the open restaurant is excellent, get the grilled salmon for lunch! Gym facilities and pool is fantastic, lots of space and good equipment. The room & bathroom are spacious and well equipped, with complimentary bath salts, fluffy towels, robes and slippers. The hotel was our perfect idea for a short stay in Shanghai.We stayed 1 night then went out sight seeing outside Shanghai.And returned to stay in same hotel on .Booking was done over the fly via letsbookhotel.com app on my iphone.Was amazed everything went smoothly.Congrats to Sofitel congrats to letsbookhotel.com for keeping a good reputation. -

The staff at the hotel were very good to me (father) and my 14 month old daughter who were travelling with my sister for for a few days, than on our own for a few more days. For the most part the facilities were very clean. Lobby and restaurant were very nice. Excellent location. I'd use this hotel again.
