Staff at this accommodation is so helpful and kind. It is hard to find
at first. The taxi we took from the airport (170rmb which was scam) can
not find the place he had to call the hotel and drop us at one of the
entrance. There are two entrances. There is no reception area for you to
go to. We couldn't find it. I grab one of the westerner who liv

that complex and she helped me call the hotel. The hotel staff came down
and get us and bring us the office which is on the fifth floor of one of -
Great location. The studio apartment is in a new building, and the
building is a part of a closed structure of approx. 10 buildings such as
this one. It is surrounded by a fence and there is a guard at the
entrance (nice) (It's not like it is unsafe neighborhood). Inside
there is a tennis court, and plenty of grass. Although it is not located
in the city center, it's 10 minutes walk from mtr station
(dongimen), than it takes about 4 stops to the Tiananmen square. The
apartment is clean and big,

The breakfast was one of the best I have seen in a hotel.

Staff is very kind - one of our young guests (11-years boy) forgot his
passport in hotel and we were very happy when we called hotel 6 hours
later and were informed that his passport was found and now we can get
it - and so we did immediately, our flight was not cancelled. We are
very thankful to hotel staff fot this kindness and help !!! -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » service at reception. As we requested non smoking room, we got upgraded to an executive level room. Good size of big bedroom and living room. Also the swimming pool is fantastic with a big pool. Will definitely come back next time

Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula. The room was spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed. I love how the desk area is separated from the rest of the room. It allows me to do some work while the kids are watching a movie. The management really pays attention to the details which made our stay extremely comfortable. -

They provided a crib, bottle warmer, sterilizer, baby products without a word. They were fantastic with our son!!! Especially the Lounge staff

Acoustic insulation is excellent. Facilities very good in general. Food excellent.The Spa, pool and mainly the massage service are very pleasant. - The breakfast, though an expensive add-on, had an extensive selectionfrom congee, dim sum and sushi, to full 'English' breakfast fry-ups, tocereal, breads, pastries, freshly made crepes, omelettes etc.

We stayed for 5 nights from March 28 to April 2. They granted us all our
requests: big carpeted room with king-sized bed and nice view. Thanks Ms
Jenny of reservations whom I had been coordinating with via email! The
hotel is very near the Chongwenmen subway station (lines 2 & 5).
Please make sure you get your ic card (reloadable subway ticket

also use it in buses. The hotel is also directly connected to New Worl -
The staff, especially Julia, was quick to respond to our needs and
complaints. We were transferred to the upper floor when we complained
about the noise from the renovation and to a non-smoking floor as
requested. The room and the double bed are big and comfortable, the
linens and bath towels are fresh. Free coffee and tea. The tv channels
include hbo and English news. Breakfast is something to look forward to
every morning, and the noodle bar provides our comfort food when
