The "club" category rooms have impressive view over the Bund
and the City, especially the spot scene of Pudong by night. All the
complimentary services are also quite good (permanent access to soft
drinks, some small food, etc.).
Swimming pool in floor 21 is a big plus, for both view and relax after the hot summer weather.

It is the best possible location for a short stay in Shanghai. Visiting
for bussines but wanting to visit the attractions of the city, location
is best near the Chinese old part , Yu garden, Bund. The Club ideea is
wonderful, the view from club lounge is amazing. And the pool view is
wonderful.

Location is very good, hotel is about 300m from the subway station. If you purpose to stay near the shopping and walking areas this hotel is a perfect place.
Hotel room was clean and cozy in minimalistic style. Breakfast offers in a cafe and contain about 10 different options.

There is a good local network cafe Wagas near the hotel where there is western food and good coffee for China.

The hotel is one of the better one in shanghai for the money. Staff try very hard to make your stay enjoyable. While English is poor from some of the staff we managed to work out what I wanted. I had the bellboys get cabs for me in the pouring rain and did it with a smile. There are two restaurants in the building that are both very good quality but I would have to say the element fresh was very good value for money and the food was fantastic. Great hotel and would stay there again.

Good location, just 100 m from Nanjing Road (if you like it), right in the middle between The Bund and People's Park. There surely are other hotels with a prime view, like Hyatt On The Bund, The Peninsula, Shangri-La on the Pudong side of the Huanghu river but compare the rates. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the pedestrian street and public transport, but far enough to not get any noise from it. Lobby is grand, and the open restaurant is excellent, get the grilled salmon for lunch! Gym facilities and pool is fantastic, lots of space and good equipment. The room & bathroom are spacious and well equipped, with complimentary bath salts, fluffy towels, robes and slippers. Perfect for a mid-week getaway to Shanghai. The staff were welcoming,
helpful and accommodating. The decor of the hotel was ecelectic and
inviting, a real fusion of Asian and Modern. The bed were comfortable
and the room was lovely and spacious. The gym was well set out and
looked out over the river. It was so inspiring to look at Pudong all lit
up while running on the treadmill. The hotel put on a gorgeous

Location, location, location!
I stayed here twice. The hotel is close to the train station - People's Square, exit 14. It's in walking distance to East Nanjing Rd without all the noise. You can also walk to the Bund really easily.
The staff are super friendly and speak English well. Breakfast was ok-good as it was included, no complaints there.

The ambience of the hotel was really good all through out the hotel, the
interior design from the lobby to the reception to the restaurants and
especially the rooms is outstanding.
The staff were very helpful and eager to serve in whatever way they can. From helping to arrange sightseeing tours or mapping out places to go, or picking up a taxi.
The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.

This property is the best located hotel on the Bund side of the river.
Short stroll from peoples square metro interchange station means you can
get green line direct from Pudong airport. Exit on to Nanjing road for
shopping. Unbeatable. The price is very good .will chose it again

The premises was the best Serviced apartment we have ever stayed in having spent time in many around the world. Very large apartment with two bedrooms and study with two bathrooms. We had a 2 bed room apartment with a study in 18th floor. The apartment
was indeed big, bright, clean, and very nice with the dark wooden floor
(do note however that Chinese count the square metres differently than
in Europe, they count in all public places, 160 m2 in China are around
100 m2 in Europe). The beds were quite comfortable. The garden was also
very nice.

Loved everything about the Pudong Shanghai La. Simply of world-class
standards all the way through. I was especially impressed by the dinner
buffet where cuisines from different parts of the world were available.
