We stayed for 5 nights from March 28 to April 2. They granted us all our
requests: big carpeted room with king-sized bed and nice view. Thanks Ms

The staff, especially Julia, was quick to respond to our needs and
complaints. We were transferred to the upper floor when we complained
about the noise from the renovation and to a non-smoking floor as
requested. The room and the double bed are big and comfortable, the
linens and bath towels are fresh. Free coffee and tea. The tv channels
include hbo and English news. Breakfast is something to look forward to
every morning, and the noodle bar provides our comfort food when
we're hungry and col

the room - The rooms were clean and the bar area was large and open.

They upgraded me to executive suite - it was a pleasant surprise. Also, I was super happy with their flexibility. I had to run errands and couldn't get back to the hotel to check out before 2 PM and they extended my stay without charging me extra. Really thoughtful and the staff was truly amazing. Would love to come back again. -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » for 14 days and I really enjoyed my staying. They upgraded me in an executive room, the swimming pool was quite big and the staff has been very friendly (despite some problems in the communication). The hotel is only few minutes away from the underground station.

The location near the lively Wudaokou district and near the
Universities. I liked the fact that I was courageaous enough to ask for
a bedroom change ;and I liked the fact they finally did give me a decent

It's a nice hotel with great location for those people who prefer
easy way to airport. The airport express is just one minute away.
And there are a small shopping mall around and few bars and foreign restaurants in the back alley.

Acoustic insulation is excellent. Facilities very good in general. Food excellent.The Spa, pool and mainly the massage service are very pleasant. - The breakfast, though an expensive add-on, had an extensive selectionfrom congee, dim sum and sushi, to full 'English' breakfast fry-ups, tocereal, breads, pastries, freshly made crepes, omelettes etc.

The hospitality I have received in this hotel went beyond any
expectation one might have. I had an accident while in Beijing and

We found the staff very helpful and the effort to speak English commendable given we only had mastered about 3 Chinese phrases. The wifi worked well in the Lobby. Rooms were very comfortable.
