Staff at this accommodation is so helpful and kind. It is hard to find
at first. The taxi we took from the airport (170rmb which was scam) can
not find the place he had to call the hotel and drop us at one of the
entrance. There are two entrances. There is no reception area for you to
go to. We couldn't find it. I grab one of the westerner who liv

and get us and bring us the office which is on the fifth floor of one of -
Great location. The studio apartment is in a new building, and the
building is a part of a closed structure of approx. 10 buildings such as
this one. It is surrounded by a fence and there is a guard at the
entrance (nice) (It's not like it is unsafe neighborhood). Inside
there is a tennis court, and plenty of grass. Although it is not located
in the city center, it's 10 minutes walk from mtr station
(dongimen), than it takes about 4 stops to the Tiananmen square. The
apartment is clean and big,

We stayed in Beijing at Xiao Yuan Alley Courtyard Hotel for 3 nights. It is lovely small hotel in Chinese style. It is very friendly, pleasant, comfortable and cute! It is situated in an old Beijing district Hutong, which is probably the only bastion of traditional Chinese climate left. It is situated max. 30-minute walk from the Forbidden city.

Featuring charming, ultra-helpful English-speaking staff; the Xiao Yuan Alley hotel provides comfortable beds and good facilities, with a superbly located downtown hutong (Beijing alley) location, sensibly priced organized tours (if you wish) and excellent and very reasonably priced food available inside and nearby outside the hotel. And it's a very affordable place.
I very much want to stay at this hotel again. I get happy just thinking about it. Highly recommend.

Beijing is the cleanest city I've ever been to (and I had my share oftravels), and this hotel just tops it all. You can lick everything thereif you want, even the ashtrays. The staff is very helpful, most of themspeak very good English, and eager to help. All in all, the value formoney is amazing. I will come back there. - Excellent service;English

The King Parkview Hotel is in the hutong district of Beijing which gives you a fascinating insight to old Beijing. While many Chinese tourists were doing tours of the of the area, we saw it first hand.

The location was very convenient as it was close to forbidden city,
tiananmen, jingshan park, and wangfujing! There is also a nice
convenience store downstairs and great alley cafe down the road. Family
room was spacious and had a pc. Its also inside a nice, quiet and
quaint compound.staff were helpful in getting us a taxi and attending
to our needs.

This hotel is a budget-friendly hotel, if you get it at the right time.
Checking-in and out takes time (don't know why, but this is one of
the longest processes and always busy line). It is 100 meters from the
airport express/metro station - so it's an easy stop. It hides
behind another hotel, so it can be difficult to find the first time.

The Yuanjia apt is a great choice for those traveling with families. It
has similar or lower price comparing with other 3 star hotels but you

Our family stayed here while vacationing with another family. Each family stayed in an apartment with the apartments in different buildings. The rooms were comfortable and convenient for people traveling with children. We had a fresh water dispenser, washer/dryer (with laundry soap), small kitchen with stove and fridge. A 5 star service for a very good price hotel. A little difficult to find by taxi but once there well worth it. Located 5 minute walk to nearest metro stop which is on the circle/loop line of the city. Every place of interest in the city is within easy reach from this hotel. We arrived in Beijing at 1am in the morning but due to difficulties with
the taxi driver finding the street this hotel was on we didn't
actually check in until 2.30am. The neon/lighted sign outside the
hotel does not read "Beijing Jinxiu Courtyard Hotel" in the
english written section however the chinese section does have that name

the station is very near to railway station. it's convinent. beautiful yard. special building style. classical.

The location is excellent, close to Forbidden City .Tiananmen Square and short walk go to a beautiful Jingshan park. Close to the Beihai Park and bar street. Not a big hotel but practically characteristic, fresh supply of towels and beddings everyday. For the price of the hotel I think this is a value. I highly recommend it to others. - Excellent

Helpful staff - we arrived at 8 in the morning and still got a room immediately (it was cleaned quickly for us to move in). I also liked the hotel design with the open courtyard. The rooms were bright and the use of glass made the hotel seem very open and friendly.
