Ms. Lorena Silva is absolutely amazing: she will always make sure everything is perfect, which in turn greatly contributes to having a perfect trip!
Even the concierges were great; they got us a great deal when we had to go to the airport, and that saved us around U$8!

The location in Bellavista put me in walking distance of many of
Santiago's most historic and interesting places. The neighborhood is
full of restaurants and clubs and people on the go. It's also home
to a varied set of art galleries, yoga studios. The apartment is very
close to the subway and it was easy to get around in Santiago. The
apartment was spotlessly clean and the staff was very attentive to
details, providing me information on all my destinations. The whole
experience was much better

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Bellavista area nightlife and dining, and about a 15 minute walk to the metro. The neighborhood is safe and clean. We enjoyed our 4 day stay there.The apt. was comfortable and tidy, and the staff were very friendy and helpful. I wil stay there again the next time I visit Santiago. -

The apartment was just perfect! We arrived at 11 in the night and got all the informations from the security guy, who also spoke a little english.. Apartments are scattered throughout a four tower residential condominium complex in downtown Santiago so good location and good security. Good WiFi and tv reception. Well sound proofed from street noise though neighbours had yapping dogs and crying babies. Minimal kitchen equipment but full size oven, gas hob, microwave and huge fridge. Powerful shower and constant hot water. Token operated laundromat on site.

Location and service was very good. Walking distance to the Metro, restaurants and shops. Everyone was very nice to us with security at the front desk being always helpful -
Great area in Santiago - and nice apartments with good balconies. Close to good shopping possibilities and a good walk into town. Easy to get to the metro as well.

Has a distinctive identity and stands out, in a quiet, safe and lovely neighborhood. Can walk to most of the places of interest and spots in town, if one has the aptitude.
Almenas is a nice cosy home/hostel, comfortable place to sleep in and a clean complete private bath (have to opt for it though).
The staff is professional and courteous. And yes, Wi-fi is available and works very well. Breakfast was simple but sufficient as one would eat at home.

This is an excellent value that put us right in the middle of the best tourist attractions in Santiago. We felt quite safe in the area and had access to many restaurants--even a super-market in the building. The staff was most helpful and responsive to all of our requests. Everything was great... best accommodation of our whole 8 week holiday. Very helpful fluent English speaking staff. Our apartment on the 21st floor had an amazing view over Santa Lucia Park and the city and Andes, everything was just exactly how it was advertised and better. Great central location to everything, roof top pool, spotlessly clean. Recommend this place to everyone.

We loved this hotel! It is located in the safe area of Providencia. The

This is a perfect location - right above the metro -- if you get lost just tell the cab driver 'take me to the Manuel Montt metro station'. Nellie is a gracious, attentive, caring host. She even helped with last minute reservations for a tour of the Undurraga winery. Everything was clean, fresh, seemingly brand new. A great place to stay in Santiago.

The localization of the Apart Center is awesome, you can walk to the main touristic places and the metro is 2 min away walking. The staff is receptive, they gave me a plan and explained the city and how to go to the best places. The apartment is great, there is hot water and room service. -

Having Santiago be my first port of call in South America as a stopover,
and as a solo female traveller, I was praying it was safe, easy to get
to from the airport and the staff spoke reasonable English (for my
Spanish is poor). I was delighted to find ChileApart was all of the
above. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very
stylish and although small, had everything you could possibly need.
