All of the staff were courteous, helpful and solicitous. Breakfast was outstanding. Location was nice, near metro stop and easy walking distance of many fine restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Only one block off of major avenue in Santiago central downtown area. The terrace in the back was a nice oasis of quite and cool ambience in the afternoon.

The staff were very helpful, patient with me when trying out my poor Spanish and gave great advice on places to go and to eat. The building is fabulous with masses of character and original features. Absolutely everything! Staff were helpful, courteous and friendly and were very knowledgeable regarding sightseeing, museums, restaurants etc. in Santiago and surrounding areas. I stayed in the apartments across the road from the actual hotel - it was spacious, very clean, every comfort that the hotel had available was provided in the apartment and the service was great. The location was incredibly convenient and there were so many restaurants / shops etc around I did not have to go far if I wanted something.
The breakfast was really good with quality food and variety.
This was the best accommodation I had in all of South America - very modern, everything in the apart

I enjoyed the friendliness of staff, spacious and clean rooms, good variety at breakfast time. It's located in a nice area, shopping mall nearby, getting to the airport was fast and easy. I was there for business, but if i was with my family the hotel is equally perfect.
