The hotel was very unique in appearance. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. The neighborhood is very fun, comparable to the East-Village in New York. Staff was bilingual and very helpful. Also found the afternoon tea time a nice extra. -

I enjoyed the friendliness of staff, spacious and clean rooms, good variety at breakfast time. It's located in a nice area, shopping mall nearby, getting to the airport was fast and easy. I was there for business, but if i was with my family the hotel is equally perfect.

Everything, great service, great upmarket location, the hop on hop off bus was just around the corner. The room was huge, 2 large beds, laptop desk, dining table, chairs, 3 seater couch. walk in robe, nice bathroom. Excellent outdoor area, plenty of comfortable seating in and around hotel. This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice. Waling distance to most shops and the subway was just up the road. -

Hotel options (the best value) for my mother and her husband when

Excellent location in the city center, and close to a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful and mostly spoke English. Our room was excellent, comfortable and quiet. We had my wife's birthday dinner at the hotel, we were given extra wine and an extra dessert, and had a delightful evening. Heartily recommended! -

Niiicee hotel!! The staff is really cool, which is the one thing that always sticks to your mind long after you have departed. Two instances of staff help:
a. We were staying at this hotel at 2 different points on our trip of South America. We asked to leave our bags forr a week at the hotel after our first stay and they were glad to do it.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The included breakfast was also excellent with a great variety. I would certainly return to this hotel.
