  We stayed for a week in October, except for the rainy days everything else was close to perfect. Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive. When deciding on which room to have, I was asked if I wanted to see them and the chap was there within seconds, up to the 5th & 7th floors & back to reception in minutes. Excellently located, 5 mins' walk from city shops. Incredibly efficient!
