Wonderful Staffs.1) Paul & Putnee (conciergiges) both waited until 2:00 AM when our plane was delayed for many hours due to the mechanical reason. They wanted to explain the ways to operate the room controls and the wifi.

Trump hotels set the standard for this level of price. Not cheap but plenty of little things - chocolates and water each night (gratis), as well as slippers and turn down service each night. Fantastico!

The hotel staff went out of their way to make our visit special. My husband made some requests because we were staying for our 44th anniversary, and the hotel staff went beyond what he requested. The room was ready early and set up beautifully.

We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at the
RoyalYork. It was our winter get away the year.( Didn't have time
for an island trip ) We took the train to get to Toronto, so we just
walked across the street. The Royal York is so majestic that as soon as
the door men open the door for you, it is like walking into another

Loved the comfortable suite,location was good and serene. The hotel was
very clean and close to shopping areas , malls, flea market, fast food
and more up scale restaurants. Staff were nice and helpful. I really
enjoyed the complimentary snack bag and the kitchen which included

We stayed there because we have a child with a food allergy and I needed to be able to prepare meals. To be honest, we didn't check in until later in the evening, so we
didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities. But the staff were
super courteous and very accomidating. Our room was very comfortable. We
were a family of three senior sisters and our very elderly dad (90 yrs).
Dad was very impressed with the fact that he had his own bedroom and
bath!! It really was lovely. Thank you so much.

A comfortable well-run establishment with very good in-room free Wi-Fi. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Hourly courtesy bus to Airport. Worth a walk to see the wild-life along the local creek. Several restaurants within easy walking distance. The Thai/Vietnamese one was good! -

Best Western Hotels always have good quality interior fittings and the staff are very helpfull - Bed and pillow were sooo comfortable - I had a great sleep!

The front desk staff were most helpful in sorting out my reservation -
the computer and I are not on the best of terms for on-line bookings.
Due to the weather / wind direction, the hotel was on the landing approach for the Toronto airport. I loved watching the planes come in low. Yet, inside the hotel, there was no airplane noise at all!

I love my room. I was in a king suite. The price was unbelievable. I was
impressed with the living room bedroom concept that was separated by
french doors. I also liked the bathroom lay out. The bed was
comfortable, I didn't want to leave. The resturant was good. The
server was polite, and fast. It was simple and quiet. The staff was
friendly during check in and check out. I stayed for one night, and
wished I stayed longer. I will for sure stay at this hotel again in the

Traveled by myself for a weekend conference. Was perfect for my needs. Close to Pearson International. Big room for 1 person. Casey's was a good restaurant. Nice place to have a drink too. Wi fi was slow but ok. Used it mainly for Facetime with my family. Had trouble connecting at certain times of the day. Cleaning and front desk staff were friend

Good price and location near the airport and various restaurants including a very good one with bar, on site. Excellent and friendly staff. Also indoor pool where we had our 4 grand children over for a visit and a swim. Towels provided at the pool. The room, linens, bath and bed were all very good. Very good parking. Will be staying here again on our next trip to the area. Thanks everyone!

The hotel was clean looked good on the outside and inside. The rooms
were clean and it was good to have laminate floors. It was good that
there was a pool, workout room and a place to eat. Staff was nice and
helpful. There was not much sound from the planes flying into and out of
the airport. -

Everything about my stay was amazing we also had a free upgrade. The pool area was small but still nice and atmosphere was great. The staff who checked me out she was so nice and Friendly. -

We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. I like this hotel very much especially when we had our dinner at the hotel restanrant, a very friendly grandmother like waitress asked my son to "work" with her. My son was so honored and excited -
