We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. Best Western Hotels always have good quality interior fittings and the staff are very helpfull - Bed and pillow were sooo comfortable - I had a great sleep!

Suite was spacious and as described on the site. Hotel was quiet and there was very little hallway noise or street noise. I was in Toronto for medical reasons and after an exhausting day and evening of tests it was much appreciated. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels each day and the location was excellent. The area was quiet too yet near one of the main streets in Toronto. hotel close from Eglinton station, confort, parking spot - The location was the main reason for our choosing this hotel. We have family that live nearby and will visit them on a regular bases so we want to find a hotel that we can use several times a year.Although they are renovating it did not cause us any problems.

The staff are brilliant, very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are good too! The information regarding the location is not accurate. It is about 40 minutes from downtown, but theres is a nearby subway station, which runs every couple of minutes. If you don't mind travelling I would definitely recommend this hotel, the staff can't do enough for

I am a value conscious person. The price was right. Breakfast was
very good for what I paid. The rooms were very quiet. If I can get

The front desk staff were most helpful in sorting out my reservation -
the computer and I are not on the best of terms for on-line bookings.
Due to the weather / wind direction, the hotel was on the landing approach for the Toronto airport. I loved watching the planes come in low. Yet, inside the hotel, there was no airplane noise at all!

I love my room. I was in a king suite. The price was unbelievable. I was
impressed with the living room bedroom concept that was separated by
french doors. I also liked the bathroom lay out. The bed was
comfortable, I didn't want to leave. The resturant was good. The
server was polite, and fast. It was simple and quiet. The staff was
friendly during check in and check out. I stayed for one night, and
wished I stayed longer. I will for sure stay at this hotel again in the

Superb views of Toronto Harbour the Islands, Lake Ontario & the City Airport.Clean && comfortable with good security. My daughter lost a sizeable amount of cash which was handed in by the cleaner which displays great honesty.

I loved the fact that there was appropriate space for all to manage themselves around in comfort. Also having two bedrooms and two bathrooms with sufficient closet space was excellent. And having two porches was definitely a bonus. :) The kitchen was well equipped and a good size. All in all it was a great choice for us to stay at Glen Grove Conse

The Condo Staff were excellent!!! After having a bit of difficulty
checking in "after hours, we discovered that the guest before us
had smoked in our non-smoking room so when we arrived the air was very
heavy with smoke but there was no one to call about the problem at that
hour. Before the office opened the next morning, the manager had called
us directly to check on us and, after hearing our situation, offered
relief for our situation.
