The location was good and overall the hotel was very nice. Downside is there is a fee to use internet in the room and valet parking is expensive but you can self park for less. Bed was comfortable and we had a good dinner in the dining room. They do offer free internet in the lobby with 3 computers to use. I have stayed at your hotel several times as well as attended conferences there. I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded to a suite.The front clerk informed me that this was done for me to avoid being disturbed by partiers. I certainly appreciated that.
όλα τα σχόλια » All the staff are very friendly and take the time to talk and be helpful. We were particularly impressed with the Sam at the front deck and Alix from Columbia who was exceptional. Your prices are also very reasonable. Snacks at fhe conference were excellent!. The hotel was centrally located to museums, shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and service oriented and the room was very comfortable and clean. This was a great hotel and a reasonable price. We were very happy with the accomodations. While waiting to check in a staff person engaged me in conversation - very pleasant, not pushy. The room was perfect for a business/pleasure trip in to TO. Very comfortable. Excellent location. I want to stay there again!. Staff were incredibly helpful - in particular the concierge, Angie and the wait staff in the restaurant - particularly Mesfin. Location is great for Luminato, the international festival of the arts. The location for my money could not be beat. They were very helpful when I made a error with dates.No problems at all. Also helpful with late check out when our car broke down. location, location, location. I have not yet been disappointed by a Marriott. The position with the Supermarket and the shopping Mall next to it. Big room size and accommodating of young kids Easy access to subway. The staff was very nice and super helpful. Rooms are nice. enjoyed it all. fantastic beds. I enjoyed the location and the staff was friendly. Very noisy party going on the room next to ours. Had to call the desk to have someone come up and quiet it down which they did but then it carried on a shorty while later. I was not impressed with the cost and quality of the breakfast. I had a ham and cheese omelette and I found it very dry. I left 1/3 of it behind. Nuttin!. I didn't get to stay longer. Just me but I prefer down pillows. staff did not explain bill at checkout. Needs blackout curtains. Doesn't have the whole staff in the toilet (basic things as toothbrush - toothpaste - shampoo and conditioner). View. The hotel is not really in Yorkville. The only reason I decided to stay in a hotel was to experience a stay in the heart of Yorkville. That's my fault thought. Should have checked the location before booking. No mini-fridge (that was a very unpleasant surprise), $13/night for WiFi. Very stiff bed, uncomfortable pillows (I guess that's just personal preference), the "quiet" room was very noisy at night. Other hotel guests slamming the doors in the morning was highly disruptive for sleep. the phone was super sticky. Housekeeping service was relatively poor. Room was not as clean as should be upon arrival, and daily cleaning was also substandard. Otherwise everything was good. My first night was good - I slept well. The second night was a disappointment. Around 11:30 p.m. the room started to smell like cigarette smoke. The headboard in my room I realized was filthy - there was a stain on one of the pillowcases and hair on the ceiling and walls of the bathroom. I stayed in room 511.
