I stayed one night at Hotel Ocho and it was enough to make it my hotel of choice for this city. Rooms are impeccable, they have just enough of what you need and not an inch more. Staff is so helpful and friendly. Morning breakfast is an affordable and delicious start to one's day. High ceilings, wonderful modern design...Location is supreme and for privacy's sake, there is a second entrance to the hotel using your own key. For the business traveller, look no further: this is the ideal place for.

This hotel is not that but it was a great value or the money, will stay again. It had the comfort of a bed and breakfast with your own facilities, and a wonderful full service restaurant. love the design of the rooms. Great washroom in white marble. Everything is sleek. We were offered for free a larger bedroom. Staff was really helpful to advise and book nice restaurants for us. Highly recommended !. The minimalist and efficient style, good complementary breakfast, and amazing restaurant, location is the top. You really had to know where you were going!. breakfast were quite disappointing and were not matching the overall fantastic experience the hotel is offering. Heating system too loud. I kept hurting myself, by banging into the sides of the bed, which protruded and were wood. Would have preferred a bigger breakfast menu in the dining room below, and free coffee. I would recommend simple instructions for operating the shower and a crank handle for the opportunity to open the window. The reception desk could be a little more obvious as it was not clear we were in the right place for signing in. there isn't always someone at reception. Poor room lighting and pathetic breakfast. Way over priced for what it was. Small room, no breakfast, no real reception. It was not good value for money. Loud heater. No on site parking - underground lot is 2 blocks away. No Coffee machine in the room, no mini fridge, no smoking rooms. At check in the woman was clueless. I checked out 6am in the morning, nobody worked there and i don't know how to return the key to them. i have to leave the key in the room and call them later. No bathroom door and no good tv stations. The room was only 12 degrees celsius when we arrived and took all night to warm up. Also check in seems rather late considering check out is a regular time. We wanted to stay an extra hour or two and were denied. Not happy about that. room not heated during the day ... takes very long to warm up ... heating sytem very very very noisy + loud ... Day staff : poor, never asked how was my stay /night ...
