  My wife and I have stayed there at least 6 times and I think it's the best place to stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake! Very friendly staff...very accommodating. Love the quaint feeling of a boutique hotel.   We like to go to the Pillar-n-Post at least once a year from the USA. It has become our destination for our wedding anniversary celebration (this year makes 42 yrs.). It is very restful, serene,clean rooms and everything is nearby for shopping or eating or wine tasting! They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call.   This is a great place when travelling with a group of friends and wanting to stay all together. The kitchen facilities give you freedom of choice in terms of breakfast etc. Location wise - it is dead at the weekend but Toronto is small enough for you to be able to walk anywhere.
