I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! And it was...really clean and newly renovated, great design, very comfortable, wonderful view, and it was my fault that I didn't use the lounge for my complimentary continental breakfast! I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

We stayed for a week in October, except for the rainy days everything else was close to perfect. Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive. Great location, quiet and cosy, free internet in the library, wonderfuly decorated. Tip: when at L'Hermitage, always listen to
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » Raymond's (the concierge) gourmet recommendations. - the hotel was spotless. they seem to have given thought to every detail - design-wise, service-wise, taste and efficiency. the complimentary breakfast and hor douves are wonderful, not to mention the chocolates we got every afternoon. we have stayed in several hotels in the region - this is by far in a different league all together. we hope they manage to retain the high standards over time.

When we arrived and the manager said he would meet us across the street behind the motel, we wondered where he might be putting us, and we worried a bit. It turned out to be an older house the motel had purchased and converted into two motel suites. Ours was two bedrooms, with full kitchen. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The back porch

The rooms( bed room and bathroom) were super clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's located right off the highway so it's easy to find. We arrived very late in the evening the host was very accommodating. Thank you!

This hotel is a gem. It has granite counter tops & a jacuzzi tub in
the bathroom. The decor is clean & modernish with a huge flatscreen
tv. In the morning there is a Kerig coffee maker or you can get tea from
a large selection in the lobby. They also served hot bananna, peanut
butter chocolate chip, pumpkin butterscotch or blueberry muffin

The room, itself was a nice surprise with a jacuzzi tub, a granite counter in the bathroom and the textured walls. The bed was good.
We also enjoyed the patio furniture that has been provided for guest so folks can enjoy the out doors.
We didn't use the barbeque, but others did.
I certainly recommend this hotel.

Hotel suite was larger than expected and we had two bathrooms. Having a
sink in the "kitchen" area. Outdoor pool. Being on the
doorstep of the Farmers Market. Being close enough to the village that
we could walk there in minutes to enjoy the Crankworx events but far
enough away that the noise and large crowds did not disturb us. -

Arrived at the hotel after a 13 + hour flight from New Zealand. Was
given a friendly welcome upon arrival. We had the free wifi & keys
explained to us. Had a single room suite (room 908), room was nice and

Love this hotel! everything was fantastic! The breakfast was filling and nutritional! Lots to offer for all ages! The service was impeccable! All the staff were so friendly, helpful and very accommodating! Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant and relaxing after two very hard days of working in the area! Freshness of facilitie...felt new. Liked the privacy of the parking lot. Felt very safe there...as in went for walk to Mcdonalds a few blocks away. after talking to front desk guy. He totally reassured me that it was a safe area. Grandson loved the pool my husband liked the hot tub. appreciated the A/C, liked the breakfast area. Felt really good there and slept well. No traffic noise was a bonus. Would stay again even though it was quite aways from our baseball tourny we were watching.

We had the penthouse apartment. The space of having separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the full kitchen and living room was fantastic for a family with 2 college-age kids + 1 5 year old. Great for families to split up and walk to the activities of interest, whether shopping, the park or the waterfront. Restaurants are close and the full kitchen

Great location . Awesome facilities and apartment just perfect . Come from Australia and we will be back to Vancouver and will stay here again for sure . We have stayed down on harbour before and this was much much better and cheaper .

Perfect location right off highway. Good stopping point in trip from Spokane to Edmonton. The hotel clerk , Veronique, was so warm and friendly to us that on the return trip we spent the night again. The rooms were ultra clean and the beds were a fine welcome after drving for 7 hours. -

We love your setting of tropical plants and fountains, your jacuzzi, sauna and pool. Dining on the patio of the restaurant feels like being outdoors in some exotic location. The food is always delicious and so are the drinks.
When we stay overnight in PG we always book a room at Esther's Inn. -
