The owner was friendly and always present when I needed something. The location was ideal with a BBQ deck to enjoy a cup of tea in the a.m. or dinner at night overlooking the lake. The rooms were attended by friendly staff. -

The balconies on both floors faced an inlet with lots of trees full of wildlife, including eagles, crows, squirrels and a raccoon!
Deck on front caught lots of sunshine and there was a huge bar-b-que which we used several times and a hottub which my son and I used twice daily. Full kitchen facilities meant we could eat in when we wanted to. Great

The staff were friendly, courteous and we were well informed of all details upon checking in. The cabin was welcoming, comfortable and cozy. We found it very relaxing to sit back and enjoy a soak in the hot tub conviently located on the front covered porch of our cabin. We found the price both reasonable and affordable. Overall a great place to stay, we would definitely rebook at Reef Point Cottages.

The host and hostess were charming and thoughtful. The locale beautiful, and the deck was a lovely relaxing spot. We loved being able to walk the spit from the cottages. -

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My room ( a deluxe king) was beautiful and spacious, with views into the forest. After a hard day of surf lessons, I had a wonderful sleep on the very firm bed. -

Wow! The staff were down to earth, friendly and accommodating. They made
every effort to make us comfortable and were fantastically flexible when
our plans changed last minute. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat! -
Wood-based design had a comfortably rustic feel.
Love the Howe Sound beers served at the brew pub.

Had a really nice stay here. Stayed in a cabin. It was spotless as were wash room areas. Staff were very homely. Great value for money. -

We had a two night stay in the Garden Chalet and it was truly amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. The chalet was comfortable and clean, with a lovely hot tub and beautiful mountain views. We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant, everything was fresh and some of the ingredients came from chef's garden it was one of the best meals we had

CedarHouse Chalet is an amazing place to take time out and just relax and the views are spectacular. We stayed in the Green Chalet and had plenty of room for 5 adults. The hot tub and bath robes were a bonus and the Chalet was well equipped - everything we needed was provided and Darrin made us feel very welcome. A great stopover on a 2 week visit to Canada. Did not want to leave

We stayed for one night when travelling through to Banff. The bedroom was comfortable and clean. The living space was nice although we weren't there long enough to make the most of it. We popped into the hot tub which was lovely, although we had to dodge the mosquitoes. The owner was lovely and gave us lots of advice about must-see sights. Ho

Loved it! Beautiful Victorian house, apartment was larger than expected, very quiet neighbourhood, kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed.
Ocean Island staff is awesome and always available (there is a phone in the hallway for free calls to the front desk which is very helpful in case you don't have a cell phone)

Amazing value for money! Enjoyed staying in a victorian heritage house, garden and patio in the back were a definite bonus. Cozy and comfortable suite, kitchen was well equipped. Free parking and good wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean.

Checking in was very pleasant and we had a flight delay of 1-1.2 hrs so
checked in at 11pm instead of 9:30pm Friday night. Manager was great.

Location and price were great. The necessities were provided for and since we were out and about most of the time the room was very adequate. It is not luxury but we wanted inexpensive, clean & comfortable which were provided. wi fi was provided and it was free.
