The first thing that impressed us was the attentive and accommodating staff. Then it was the cleanness if the hallways and rooms. Beautiful Hotel, suitable for families and couples, beautiful spacious rooms and well-equipped, large bedroom, huge and comfortable bed. Amazing view of the mountain from the seventh floor where we slept. Great location in the village within minutes you can reach restaurants, shopping, the gondola is just a step from the hotel, Professional and friendly staff gave us a response to every question and every need. We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. I thought the staff was great - VERY helpful in regard to a number of things, particularly where to find things I was looking for (good dinner & breakfast spots, how to get to the lifts and which way to go to get coffee on the way, etc.). The facilities were nice - it would have been great to be a couple and have the lovely spa tub right there in the main room to enjoys each other's company with the fireplace, view, television handy, etc.
