I stayed 3 days there. The suit was very nice; the views were outstanding and only 10 min walk from the left. I was booking standard room however I arrived late noon and they offer me suit with the same price. The room facility was good and the staffs were so kind and excellent. In the next visit to whistler, I surely chose this hotel for accommoda

The hotel was of the excellent standard that you come to expect from

The room we stayed in was amazing for the price (we know it would be more in peak time). We had every convenience we needed (fridge, ironing board, etc., etc.). The staff is great and receiving the small gesture for our anniversary is a nice touch. We love staying at the Hilton!!

Loved EVERYTHING.
Another great stay at Mountain Spirit. This is THE place to rent when in the area. The condo's are superb, the bedding is the most comfortable, the staff are welcoming and helpful, and the amenities do not get any better.

Right away the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had bikes with us and were nervous to leave them. But after they explained how the secure lock up for the bikes works and how many guests use the service, we had no problem with the "valet" service. We loved staying at Aava! The best value-for-money that we got during all of our trips in the US and Canada. The hotel is very close to the village stroll, the shopping area, the grocery store, restaurants and the main lifts are in 5-10 min walking distance. The staff was very friendly and the room was bigger than we expected.

I loved the bed and linens! Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a fridge and kettle. Loved that I could go out on the large balcony and there was seating and a table. Also was happy that I could smoke on the balcony. I don't mind not smoking in the room but was very happy I didn't have to leave the hotel to have a smoke -

the room itself was fine. The couch had a lot of stains which really is not acceptable. I liked the WIFI. the pool was great but a small childs pool would be nice for little ones. -
The apartment had everything you could think of or everything you needed. The view of the lake was great. Walking distance from other pubs and lakeside restaurants.

Pick up from airport was great. We were just transiting thru Vancouver so this was a very convenient place to stay. Restaurant in hotel was nice too. All staff were lovely to deal with. If transiting I would definitely stay again. It's right near a metro station so I imagine getting to town is easy enough.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria. Lovely friendly reception staff. When deciding on which room to have, I was asked if I wanted to see them and the chap was there within seconds, up to the 5th & 7th floors & back to reception in minutes. Excellently located, 5 mins' walk from city shops. Incredibly efficient! Good rooftop pool & spa. -
