Liked the fact that one had either a patio or a balcony as we like to have the option of some fresh air.
Even though our room faced the bar, we were unable to hear any noise.

I loved sitting in the garden atrium reading, it is a beautiful and relaxing spot. My husband and i had been on our motorbike coming from Jasper, having the hot tub and pool was a god send to our sore aching bodies. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay with you again. The room rates were well below the price we would have paid to stay in such a beautiful hotel

Good location from YVR. Not too noisy despite proximity of highway. Great amenities. Boarding pass machine in lobby. Excellent staff. Efficient friendly staff but not overly intrusive or fake.
Kindly sorted out all questions and not with stock answers. Real, thoughtful, kind answers. I felt heard.
The kids had lots offered to keep them occupied, even though it wasn't a hotel perk. The staff knew of local events and special offers and that was great for two single mums to have at our disposal.

The fantastic beach location and all the rooms face onto the beach and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The connection to the first nations community. The beds were very comfortable. Did not eat there so cannot comment on the food service - we were just out too much to be there for meals. Would like to receive any promotional rates email

The history of the Tin-wis was very interesting - it was the site of a residential school in the past and the First Nation people have done an amazing job of turning this place into a beautiful resort area for many to enjoy! the staff was very friendly and helpful and we also enjoyed the Bistro on site. The food was excellent!

The atrium/courtyard created inside the building with a real creek flowing through and tropical plants everywhere is a hidden gem that makes the experience quite extraordinary. We enjoyed the quiet stay, the included breakfast, the comfortable, modern and spacious room. The large trees and brook that runs through the atrium were restful and appealing. The location is also central with lots of restaurants close by. The lounge and restaurant on location were also well priced.

Price was very good, room was immaculate clean, suite was quiet. No traffic noise, sounds from other suites minimal. Bed was super-comfortable. Did not use the in-room coffee, but free coffee, juice, fruit and muffins available in the office in the morning. Staff very friendly. -

My accomodation was very roomy and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast had a nice variety with a bright eating area. For the price, it was great.
They are also dog friendly. -

Rooms are updated, clean, washroom very clean, the beds were comfortable with nice big pillows. One of the better sleeping bed i have slept in a hotel.
