I was worried by some of the recent reviews, but my room was clean and
comfortable. The breakfast is typical for a hotel continental breakfast.
The staff was very pleasant and accommodating to our requests. -
Proximity to the airport & closeness to places to eat, gas station
etc At very early hour still had access to cereal, coffee/tea &

The first thing that I noticed was that the staff was very friendly to everyone. The rooms seemed very clean. The verandas looking over to the pool was fantastic. The pool area was very enjoyable specially when the birds were singing. I also liked seeing a guard walking by at night. I really loved the stay and my friends and I talked about going b

I highly recommend Ambassadeur Suites as a choice of stay. My daughter
and I stayed over March Break and had a fantastic time. All the staff
were very friendly and courteous and even went as far as to assist me
when asking about another hotel guest whom I met (Manhattan Steve) who I
never got to say good by to, would have been nice to stayed in touch
with :( Fabulous Place !! Trish :)

Though it is a bit off the center of Quebec, the hotel was excellent. We loved the design, the cleanness, the staff was very helpful, they had special lockers for our bikes, the bed was super comfortable and the linen crispy. Excellent shower and excellent WiFi connection -

very convenient for visiting the old city, it was a 15 min bus ride away and it dropped you right at the old walls. Also lots of other ammenities close by ie. grocery store. - the junior suite was great, easy of access of the hotel located outside the old city, very quiet

What is there to say about the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The place is pure luxury and is a tourist attraction in it's own right!!!
Of course you pay for the privilege of staying there but l had to do it once and now l have every intention of doing it again. Staff are magnificent....they should all take a bow!!

We had the double bed room, which included a bar fridge and coffee maker. It was fairly small since it was just the one bed, but still enough for the both of us - especially considering it was only 50$ per night. The breakfast was good, a typical continental breakfast. The pool/hot tub/sauna were very clean and enjoyable. -

The location was excellent! It was near the highway and a very short drive from Old Quebec City and Montmerency Falls. The staff were extremely helpful and answered all my questions with ease. They provided maps on how to get somewhere and then back to the hotel. That does not happen very often. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on

The Hotel was excellent. The room was designed very well and even had a computer in the room. There were plenty of power points to charge your phone. The bathroom was very modern with plenty of towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was great plenty of everything. The Hotel is situated about 15 minutes by car to the Old City of Quebec and there is plenty of parking available at a cost of $15 for the whole day. There is a large Shopping Centre within 3 minutes drive

The rooms were spacious. Love the King Size Bed. Great location.
Although we were not happy about paying for parking we were relieved
that our car was in a secure place. That is very important. Even though
we didn't speak French, staff were very accommodating. I will
recommend this hotel. -

The room was just beautiful in every way, very large with plenty of drawers, wardrobe, large comfortable bed, desk, large flat screen TV, excellent bathroom with shower over bath. Lovely decor.
There is a bar/restaurant which is also fabulous with trendy decor and delicious food.
There are other eateries very close by and a bus almost outside the

All of the staff from the front reception to the hotel service staff was
very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel was clean and the
rooms well appointed and comfortable. This hotel was a reasonably priced
and a good value for traveling to Quebec.

The staff were bilingual and it was easy to communicate in English, even
though I wanted to practice my French. It was in a relatively good
location just outside of the Old City and basically everything I wanted
was within walking distance (did not take a cab or transit at all). The
room prices were excellent for the amenities and the rooms seemed

The staff made our stay very pleasurable. They were very courteous,
attended to our requests, always willing to give us information and
assistance with directions, restaurants, etc. The location was the best---
right in the heart of the old city. We could walk to everything. I would

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful to us regarding the city bus route to take into the city. The bus took 25 minutes and ran so frequently that there was never a long wait.
The staff graciously spoke English with us, since our French is minimal.
Underground parking was free and secure ( if a tight squeeze for

The little café next door had a good selection of breakfast or lunch items we could eat there or take with us. -
The rooms had balconies which I love...being a bit claustrophobic, I don't like places where you can't even open a window, so a balcony was a treat...just sit out, enjoy a glass of wine and take in some fresh air and whatever view you have. (we could see the mountains in the distance)
