After reading a few bad reviews we were a little hesitant about staying here. As soon as we got there our fears vanished. The property was well kept, the woman at the front desk was very friendly and the room itself was very clean. The Plasma TV, micro wave and air conditioner all worked fine. This establishment is owned by people who understand the meaning of cleanliness and customer satisfaction and do their utmost to follow it through. Free car parking. Friends went to a hotel on the falls and the room was no cleaner than ours and they paid 3 times the amount we did. A short $7 taxi ride to the falls gets you right amongst the action

Upon our arrival the staff was very friendly.Our room was very large and clean. We had a microwave, small bar fridge and coffee maker.The air condition worked well and there is excellent water pressure in the shower. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The price was great value and the location was just a short distance to all local attractions.

They were very friendly family, couldnt do enough for us, we had a small
problem when we were there, an earwig was in our room, immediatly they
wanted to change our room, but, I said hey our room is on ground level
you have to expect the odd bug to get in, other then that we had a great

Very nice place, budget-friendly and very spacious rooms as well. We were located right at the heart of the action, just a couple of minutes walk away from Clifton Hill where all the action is happening ! No cab or bus necessary, everything is at a walking distance. Staff was very nice to us and we would for sure consider going back there if we travel back to Niagara. Thanks a lot !

The rooms were all in the process of being up dated, new beds, new
carpet, new paint. I also loved the fact that out side of each room
there were two moon chairs and a butt can for smokers. The pool was
nice, surprised that is had a 9' deep end. It was quiet, but not so
far away from the Falls. There was a wego bus stop less then a block

Staff was nice. We could enter the room already a lot earlier than we
should according to our confirmation. Well situated next to a bus stop,
so you needn´t go by car to the falls. My children liked the the small
pool very much to hop into after visiting the falls. Good ratio of price
and comfort. Clean.

The price was very reasonable. The management/staff was wonderful,
very friendly and accomodating. We stayed there on our last day in
Canada on Sunday, Sept. 1St.2013. We arrived 20 mins after closing (they

We stayed in a 3 - Queen bedroom. The room was clean and very spacious. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids.
The staff was very friendly and were able to address any questions or concerns we add. They also offered us additional pillows and blankets at check in which was a nice touch.
Can't beat this price or value for a family of six!
