This boutique inn is situated in the historic Drummondville neighbourhood of Niagara Falls. The Skylon Tower, boasting Niagara's tallest observation deck, is only 10 minutes’ walk away. Free WiFi is offered throughout Cozy Inn Bed & Breakfast. Each guest room is uniquely decorated. In-room amenities include a flat-screen internet TV with Netflix. The en suite bathrooms are stocked with complimentary toiletries. Guests will wake up to a hearty breakfast including eggs, bacon, ham, yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, juice and a selection of breads, homemade scones, muffins and jams. Fresh brewed coffee and tea are available all day. Different breakfast options are available if guests have dietary restrictions. The staff at Cozy Inn B&B are happy to provide maps of the area, as well as flyers and coupons to local attractions. On-site parking is included at no extra cost. Cozy Inn Bed & Breakfast is 20 minutes’ walk from the main Horseshoe Falls lookout area. The Clifton Hill tourist district is 1.6 km away. Shuttle is paid transfer.

We had a really nice stay at this small family run B&B. To begin with, the B&B is about 15-20 walk to the main attractions and the neighbourhood seems quite safe. The hosts were really nice and attentive to our needs, even though we stayed for one night they really made us feel at home giving us access to there fridge with bottled water/drinks and the tea and coffee facilities. The room was small but had everything we needed from a flat screen TV to a walk-in closet, it was really cosy .
όλα τα σχόλια » Loved the room it was clean and beautifully decorated. There was an kitchenette with free water, coffee creamer and juice a large fridge, microwave, spotless coffee maker. The bathroom was large with free bath oil, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. There were robes and slippers in the room. Cable TV with kid friendly channels. Host Alexandra was very friendly and accommodating. her husband carried my bag to and from the car. The breakfast was yummy and very filling. I didn't know that I even lik. What an amazing place to stay. After 2 weeks of living out of a suitcase, the personal touch received here was great. The owners are two of the kindest people you could ever meet. The bedroom had lots of neat touches (sweets on the bed, his and hers flip flops and dressing gowns!) The breakfast was homecooked locally resourced and delicious. The hosts were knowledgeable of the local area and gave excellent advice on what to see and do. They could not do enough to help and make our stay special. The hosts were the nicest, most welcoming people and very proud of what they do. And so they should be! Their house and the rooms are beautifully furnished with many extra special touchs as well as being spotlessly clean. The breakfast is incredible with an excellent choice - you will not go hungry! The location is perfect for walking to all the main attractions but feels like a diamond in the rough due to many empty and dilapidated houses around. Would highly recommend this perfect b&b!. It was my first time doing a B&B and didn't know what to expect. My experience with Cozy Inn was amazing. Alexandra and Dan (hosts) were a very sweet couple, they were polite and friendly. I really like the superior queen room that I stayed in. I stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast was very good. I like how the place is very close to all the tourist areas. No need to drive around. I would definitely come back and recommend this place for my other friends. Alexandra and Dan are extremely friendly, open minded, enthousiastic and helpful. One of the reasons they started this B&B is their genuine interest in people. Our rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated with a lovely feeling for details. The breakfast is lovely. The B&B is just outside the bustling and noisy center of Niagara Falls but yet on short walking distance from the waterfalls. In short, it was lovely!. We had a wonderful stay! The owners and their son were so friendly and welcoming and helped us navigate the area. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices. I am gluten intolerant and they went out of their way to make sure that I had more than enough to eat. Perfect location, easy walking distance to all the attractions and free parking. We highly reccommend this to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. There was nothing to dislike about this place! Alexandra and Dan were the most welcoming couple we've ever come across. We arrived early, so they sat us down, took our luggage from us and made us pancakes while Dan told us about the local area! Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was genuinely the best experience I've ever had staying in a hotel or bed and breakfast. I would go back tomorrow!. The Cozy Inn was wonderful..Our room and bath was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Morning breakfast was plentiful, varied, and delicious. It was walking distance to the Falls and away from touristy glare. Hosts were attentive and helpful. I like that the hosts have their own living quarters adjacent to the B&B. I didn't feel like I was imposing in someone's home...We loved it!!!. Very clean. Beautifully designed and decorated rooms and spaces in this home. Fabulous, large buffet breakfast, fresh fruit always available. The owners, Dan & Katrina, live on site and could not be more gracious, friendly or helpful. Very close to shuttle buses to attractions. Many international guests stay at this B&B. We could not be more pleased. Friendly, gave very helpful information. Had amazing breakfasts every morning. Lots of extras. Rooms without unnecessary clutter. We had two bedrooms on top floor with bathroom and access to a full kitchenette. Lots of privacy if you prefer it that way. You do not feel as if you're living in someones house. Can take a bus everywhere and do not need a car. Everything was perfect. The hosts were excellent and the B & B was very clean and comfortable. They helped with directions and things to see. The breakfast was fantastic!! The location is within a 10 minute walk of central tourist attractions and easy driving to others. It also felt very safe to walk around. The owners, Dan and Alexandra are wonderful hosts. They were very welcoming and thoughtful, and put together an excellent breakfast. The amenities at Cozy Inn are above par, especially for the price. The location is pretty close to the Falls, within a 15 minute walk. Altogether, a great experience. Hosts were amazing. Dan and Alexandra and their son Peter were super nice and wonderful people to get to know. They were hospitable and friendly and made us feel like friends from the start. It is clean, spacious, quiet but not too far away from the falls and Alexandra, Dan and Petar are the perfect hosts, friendly, helpfull (Dan even gave us a lift to the train station when we left) and the breakfast .. just for that we would come back !. Alexandra and Damir were incredible hosts.They couldn't' do enough for us. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the crepes. Their recommendations were helpful and they made us feel at home. We also enjoyed meeting their son, Petar. All of the good reviews we read were so true!. We were two young couples and we went there for the weekend - we were warmly welcomed although it was 1am when we arrived at Cozy Inn. It is very clean, the hosts are amazing - they would do breakfast (and pancakes!) for us every morning and the location is perfect. The owners are a family and live in part of the house and take pride in it. They are very hospitable. Computer and wireless available. Great help with sightseeing plans and plenty of maps and information. Great crepes. Plenty fruit and huge selection for breakfast. The couple that runs the Cozy Inn is extraordinarily committed and responsive to their guests. They are interested and very attentive. They spend a lot of time on explaining us where to find what. The breakfast was the best I had for a very long time!. - the owners!!! (friendly and warm; you'll feel very welcome in their beautiful renovated home) - location: walking distance to the Falls - breakfast! (fresh fruits, scramble eggs, organic sausages, bacon strips, natural juices and...crepes! :)). The location was great! The house was modern, beautiful. There were a lot of ornaments. The breakfast was delicious and not the same on every day! Alexandra and Dan are very lovely, friendy people. It is a pearl at Niagara Falls!. We felt right at home. Te room was immaculate and had everthing we needed. It was very accomadating. The breakfast had everything we wanted. They even made a special trip to pick up the oatmeal that my husband usually eats. -great host family -made our visit special -very friendly service -able to accomodate a group of 4 -great location -beautiful place -free parking -great food -use of kitchenette included -internet and computer available to use. I wish there had been an outlet by the bed to plug in my cell phone. Seems a bit nit picky but im trying really hard to think of negatives. that's all I can come up with. I have nothing to complain. Can't think of a thing except my stay was too short. There is nothing not to like about the Cozy Inn, or it's owners. We liked everything and would stay there again. Only downside is this area of Niagara Falls is obviously experiencing some economic issues. Hopefully, if/when tourism picks up, the environs can get some much-needed care and sprucing up. Nothing to complain about. We will definitely visit again. Nothing. nothing. absolutely happy with the stay in the C I!. There was nothing that we didn't like. Nothing. Nothing!!. - room is not to large. Nothing. The breakfast was good but mostly similar. No negatives at this B&B. Cozy inn is situated in a street that is a bit run down. Worse street best home syndrome. But don't let that deter you. Look byond the book cover. We would have preferred a slightly larger room. Nothing. Nothing.
