I will definitely be back to Lord Stanley Suites next time I come again to Vancouver. Everything was so good. Staff was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay in Lord Stanley Suites. I would like to take this opportunity to thank David who has become a buddy to my 5 yr old son. My son wont forget the high fives he did with David. We r in victoria right now and we miss Lord Stanley Suites very much. We'll definetely be back there!

Beautiful rooms and resort, nice views of the Burrard Inlet/Harbour and Stanley Park, very comfortable bed and furniture. In room laundry facilities was a God-send, after spending weeks in coin-op laundries. Location is fantastic - there is an excellent Chinese restaurant on the same block (Dynasty) and an excellent coffee roaster almost directly opposite. 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of bustling Robson St. Complimentary parking is something rarely offered in Vancouver and this place had it. The main advantage of Riviera is location: right in the middle of Vancouver's beautiful downtown, 10 mins walk to Stanley park, 5 mins to waterfront, etc. Room are surprisingly spacious for a hotel and come with full kitchen (stove including). Very large king room with a small fridge/sink area, big windows/sliding door and lots of light. Comfy bed. Clean and very quiet. Four high speed elevators, so no waiting. Friendly staff. We asked for a higher floor if possible, and they put us on the 37th-- amazing views of English Bay, Kits, Lost Lagoon, etc.

value. We were accessable to the Lagoon and the Outdoor Jazz

Lovely friendly reception staff. When deciding on which room to have, I was asked if I wanted to see them and the chap was there within seconds, up to the 5th & 7th floors & back to reception in minutes. Excellently located, 5 mins' walk from city shops. Incredibly efficient! Good rooftop pool & spa. -

Awesome staff. Very kind from check in to check out. - We liked how centrally located it was and that a suite ensured we could all stay in the same room together. We aslo really liked having a kitchen and being able to eat some meals especailly breakfast in the room.

All of the staff were very helpful. The harbor view was excellent, and the water-front walk is only a few steps away. This location is very convenient for both the water-front activities and downtown shopping. -

The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise.
The massage at the spa was also divine.

We had the penthouse apartment. The space of having separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the full kitchen and living room was fantastic for a family with 2 college-age kids + 1 5 year old. Great location . Awesome facilities and apartment just perfect . Come from Australia and we will be back to Vancouver and will stay here again for sure . We have stayed down on harbour before and this was much much better and cheaper .
