This is a great place to stay and I will definitely be coming back. Everything is nicely informal, and the Rex staff are lovely (You have to go to the bar to check in). I love loved the location! Its within walking distance to Dundas Square (about 15 mins). There is also a train stay about 2 min walk from the hotel. There are also numerous train cars. There are also jazz shows on most nights. Its a great place to stay. There's also a free breakfast of toast and tea or coffee.

The room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. Breakfast had toast, bagels, English muffins, a few cereals, oatmeal packets, some fruit, and the usual coffee and juice. The location was geat in Chinatown with a streetcar location right outside the hotel! A great bakery just a few stores down, with avg costs $1.20 per item.

I've stayed at Toronto's Super 8 Hotel three times already.
First, it was a random choice, however, as I found it the best value for
money, in comparison to other hotels in Toronto, I stayed there during
my second and third trips. Rooms are big and clean. Good location
(Chinatown - Toronto's attraction by itself with many high quality
Vietnamese and Chinese restaurants). There are also free wifi and
relatively cheap garage parking (10$ per night) - you won't find a
cheaper overnight parking in

My only issue with my experience was with letsbookhotel.com. The Knights Inn
quickly corrected it. letsbookhotel.com didn't complete my booking, but
with my printed off record it was smooth and simple, Knights Inn kept it
professional. -

The staff at Alexandra hotel were very kind and exceptionally
accommodating in all our encounters during our brief (1-night) stay.
Since we were coming from the States, we didn't have any Canadian
currency, and the front desk staff readily provided currency exchange
for any amount needed. They also let us store our bags after our night

The place is very nice and we were moved to another room after the bedbug issue and we were haven quarters heat up our laundry. The owners handled it well and took immediate action. We did not get a discount or $$ for the inconvenience but we didn't ask for it either. I wanted them to take the complaint seriously, which it was. That night and the next day they were working on the room.

This is a charming little boutique hotel that is well-kept, comfortable, and handy central Toronto's attractions. There were several eating establishments within easy walking distance and a major subway station is right across the street. The rooms were small and simply furnished but quiet and clean. I liked the access. It was so close to the subway in a truly awesome part of the city. I also liked that all the breakfast items were available and you just made it yourself. The next best thing to actually having your own home in the city. -

The Sherbourne underground across the street, the quiet neigbourhood and the fact that I could work easily at a table on my computer. The internet connectivity, ample breakfast and very good bed was all a pleasure. - The hotel personnel are nice. I just find it convenient in the hotel at any time.
