The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most
beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels
like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of
the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking
advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest. Also

We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

There were a few things,free parking especially when the Strerling's location was so close to so many things that you didn't need to drive anywhere, including Niagra's public Transportation the WeGo. The staff was very accommodating. They upgraded our room to a much
bigger suite with a living room and answered our request to have a
jacuzzi. The breakfast at the door is an amazing experience, except that
our friends didn't get theirs because they had a "Do not
disturb" sign on their door. Free parking. The ag restaurant was
really well-priced and excellent. Great services there.

Hotel modern, clean.good location to Napoli restaurant which was excellent!
When we were going to present our online confirmation papers to the front desk clerk she was rather abrupt and said she didn't need the paper just our I.D. She was a little too short with us which I didn't find very professional.

I was travelling with a friend who has severe mobility issues,so I inquired about renting a wheelchair from the hotel. The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. Ex- they held onto
our lugage for half the day while we toured the city even though
we'd already checked out. Although this hotel was expensive I
didn't feel like they were stingy like most expensive hotels that
charge for every little thing. They are extremely time efficient as well
- check in/out is extremely easy. Was hard to choose between
romance, luxury and city trip.

Falls view was exactly what you would want. Bruce was especially
sensitive to our handicapped sister's needs and upgraded our room.
The staff was helpful and gave us useful info and service. Facility was
clean, kept up well, and seemed to be well run. Location was perfect.

The view is the best (room 3806) can see both falls and rainbow bridge,
even has a window you can crack open to here the roar of the falls.
Location is great and bus system was easy to use. Went first week of
April & not busy! I would not go during peak times. Stay was for two
days. Did Journey behind the falls, Butterfly & Aviary Houses,
Clifton Hill area. Drove the Niagara Pkwy from hotel to Niagara on the
Lakes very cool scenery. Kelsey's was a good place to eat. Sky wheel

Stunning!! The room was of the highest quality and overlooked the falls which are truly exceptional, awe inspiring and mesmerizing.
Loads to do in the vicinity. Bought an 'Adventure Pass' to 'Behind the Falls', 'Niagara Fury', 'White Water Walk' and of course, the 'Maid of the Mist' boat ride to the heart of the falls. The Go Bus' was included in

Best hotel ever! It is worth the money even though there are many other options available within the city. Staff very friendly and helpful! I had a problem with my bills but the manager resolved it quickly! They've got their reputation. The view from 21st floor is amazing!! Can't get any better! I will definitely stay here if I ever go to Niagara fall for my next trip!! The location is perfect! Maybe the best in the city.
