First room. Very clean, comfortable. Reasonably priced.

Returned one week later. The room they gave us was horrible. Stunk!!! Asked to changed rooms. Was also going to be charged $20 more for not booking through this website which made no sense. Had to argue with Front Desk to get the same rate. Not impressed

Check in was efficient. Friendly desk staff. Laundry facility. Swimming pool. Parking.

Array of breakfast items. No food joints at walking distance.

Pleasantly surprised that we had 2 rooms.

A little concerned that the windows did not appear to have locks, not sure if they did or not in the end, asked for a stick for the window and I think the front desk thought we were crazy.

Stayed en route to Vancouver. Budget friendly close to highway for quick access and exit.

Pretty good unit for the cheap price. Appreciate the cereals, boiled eggs and coffee and cakes for breakfast.

Having to park car at front, but not being given a reason. Breakfast was adequate, but no 'waffles' or 'bacon' emerged. Bagel I picked up was stale.

room nice and clean ,staff are friendly . thank you

I am not used to loud AC in the room ,we have to keep the AC on during the night ,it was hot ,but its annoying the loud AC noise.Limited BF made all of bread and I am gluten and lactose entollerence .

It was clean, and our setup in a queen suite was really well suited for us.

Continental breakfast was VERY limited with just toast, two kinds of cereal and a small variety of muffins. Our room was at the very front of the building and faced a very noisy highway and train tracks. Perhaps some sort of insulation in that room would lessen the noise.

Clean room

Uncomfortable bed. Continental breakfast selection was minimal. Breakfast room was not marked and wasn't open at 7am as advertised. Traffic noise from Trans Canada hwy

The fact there was a breakfast included.

The smoke. Many smoking rooms which made my room stink of smoke. I also did not like the 80's dingy scratched and scuffed furniture, along with the strong smoke smell, it was a depressing room to be in for 3 nights. I was unable to cancel the booking - which I would have after the first night as it was awful.

Too close to busy Hwy 1 - noisy! Staff was not concerned for our comfort. No alarm clock in room, no Kleenex -

Quite disappointed. The pictures were very deceiving and did not represent what the hotel actually looked like. I feel the price was high for what we got.

We have paid for the suit with breakfast included. In the morning at 7:15 am there was no one available in the reception and the door to the dining place was locked. It was very scarry to know that there was no one in charge at the reception all night and when it was time for us to leave. This has happened for the first time ever in 30 years of our travel. Is this normal for Super 8 Motels?
