The beds omg the beds were to die for!!! This is a first for me. The staff (front desk to cleaning, all were very helpful and friendly. They treated our kids like people and got us anything we needed. The cleaning staff even figured out we were there for dance and left extra makeup removers in our room. The breakfast was great!! And the location is perfect for getting just about anywhere on the south side. We were at the UofA and in rush hour it was a 25 minute drive.
όλα τα σχόλια » This hotel had renovations ongoing during my stay, and had notices posted everywhere that if something was in the halls or if there were loud noises in the day this was the cause. This was a big bonus for me as then no one was left in the dark. The pool/hot tub was very relaxing, and everything was in good repair. Will be returning. The waterslide for my kids. The suite was great for out needs. The kitchen was perfect. Luggage carts were fabulous to have. Breakfast is always nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing good information about attractions in the area. Hotel was clean and service at all times was excellent. The pool and water slide. It also had a great breakfast included in the price. Excellent for our family. The beds were great The local was great for us The Continental breakfast was quite all inclusive. the beds were very comfortable, the rooms quiet and very clean. Staff were extremely friendly. Courteous staff, continental breakfast DID NOT CLOSE before I got there about 10:15am. Waterside Friendly staff Close to shopping, recreational activities. The staff was very accommodating and looked after all our needs. Pool and hot tub, breakfast, upgrade to a suite, good price. very accessible to the city and from the airport. -water park -continental breakfast -staff. Everything was good with the hotel. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable. lvery good continental brekfast. Large, clean room. Quiet. No surprises. Very clean. clean and swiming pool. pool for kids. Value. clean, comfortable bed,close to restaurants and shopping. Continental breakfast was good. room clean; easily accessible; hotel clean; breakfast. I liked how there was a separate room for us to sleep. The hours of the contenntal breakfast. Location. Excellent staff. location and price. No microwaves in the rooms (but there was one downstairs), slow elevator, swimming pool was really loud (not the hotel's fault) and lame showers (we were on the 4th floor). The fridge froze all our food but they gave me a credit back. All in all the good far outweighed the bad and we will stay there again. Thanks Super 8 for making a stressful weekend more enjoyable for a couple of dance Moms. Nothing. There were some noisy hockey parents and kids. The bathroom could've been cleaned a bit better in the corners (hair). A mix up on booking(they booked us 2 rooms, instead of 1) I do not know if this was the fault of them or letsbookhotel.com. the parking lot entrance is a bit sloped and due a big snowfall it became very slippery and hard to get into. I would have been nice if they had salted or sanded the parking lot. Prefer room closer to elevator rather than end of long hall. Room was "divided into two areas" thus bedroom had heat and balance was definitely cool, and unable to equalize room temp. Older room, heater was loud. The machine authomatically make a wake-up call for me at 6am which I did not request for it. -very slow elevator. nothing. Getting expensive. Nothing stands out that I didn't like really except the hotel did not have a gym where I could work out. breakfast. the shower had no water pressure. The family suite was very small with no sitting area to visit or watch T.V. I also thought the kitchen to be inadequate for a family suite. (small fridge, no stove and no dishes to make a meal. The bathroom was also very small. I would not recommend this suite for a family. not enough coffee/sugar in room; hours of pool;. There was no hide a bed as described in add and the beds were not words size they were doubles ... The room was not family size like stated. The staff was not too friendly, and there was alot of teenagers running the halls. The elevator took forever too. Was trapped in the elevator on the 4th floor. We would not use the damn thing after that. tired and basic. barely suitable. thin blankets, thin pillows. wrinkled bed spreads. The booking service gave me a higher rate than we normally have had in the past 5 years.I was unhappy so i decided to try a cometitor 2 days later. I have now switched hotels. I have instructed my staff to switch as well. We found a nicer hotel at a better rate. high price, pet fees. Pool to noisy.
