  Very friendly staff. We were staying due to a hockey tournament and because of a snow storm tournament scheduling was changed. I called to push reservation forward one day and staff was extremely accommodating. The room was very thought out with big screen TV,DVD player, and bar area with fridge,microwave ,Keurig coffee maker. Even had two wine... τι λέει ο κόσμος » glasses and wine opener. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. - The staff was extremely friendly, and accommodating. The hotel room was very clean and set up nicely with a fridge and microwave. Location was perfect as we went to a wedding at Carmen's. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the price was just right!

  The desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The VIP restaurant was fine.   The woman who checked us in was alone at the desk and was very busy. She still took the time to offer the phone number for a cab company, give us walking directions to the coliseum (we were in town for a concert) and help us find a restaurant after she let us know the one we planned on going to was in the opposite direction of the concert.
