This hotel was one of the best parts of our trip to Sunny beach. The value for money could not have been better. The room was large, simple and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great location, directly on the beach,free pool table downstairs, set in a quite location within short walk to the busy shopping and bar area, jet ski hire and other water sports.The apartment was large all rooms with A/C. Pool was nice with a small child proof area.staff all friendly, rooms cleaned to a good standard. -

I realy liked the hotel. It is clean and comfortable. there were everything we need in the room - 2 big beds ( i stayed with my friend), air conditioner, small refrigarator, tv, nice balcony with table and chairs... it took 5-7 min to get to the seacost hotedand 10-15 min to the city center, great location. Curtains almost blackout (not all hotels have them), carpet on the
floor, the room is pretty cosy. Mosquito net on the balcony door. Shower
cabin drained quickly and did not make a mess on the floor (pretty usual
with other hotels). Breakfast containing a good variety. Parking in
front of the hotel.
This time no music at the pool, as it was cold outside.

We were 3 people in a 2 rooms apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning was working. Basic kitchen equipment is available, so you can make breakfast or supper. It is not a big apartment building, so it was quiet in the night and you could have a good sleep. Food and beer is cheap. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Comfortable and spacious one-bedroom apartment with great balcony. It's a 15 minute walk from the beach, but we didn't mind because there is a big swimming pool. Quiet for sleeping at night. Free wi-fi and parking. Great hotel for family vacation. We loved it!

I did find it a little bit difficult as most people still know the hotel compex as Sun Holidays. Still it has been my mistake as I did not call the reception to ask for direction. - The most customer-friendly management I've met. All we asked for for our convenience was provided asap.
- We checked out for a week earlier before end of booking period and we got all refund for the period. We noticed about about departure quite late just o few days before.

This hotel provides a peaceful relaxing haven on Sunny Beach. The rooms
are very clean and comfortable, the bathrooms and toiletries excellent.
The staff are quietly accommodating, without being over bearing. Nothing

The service was immaculate, the Water heater broke and they fixed it in just a couple of hours. They picked us up at the airport and delivered us there as well. The pool is clean and has a good size - you can get snacks, drinks and food at the pool as well. The room was cleaned every day, with new towels and bed sheets/bedding. We did not use the

I struggle to find anything bad to say about this hotel. It was clean and the rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. All queries dealt with and service was prompt. Location is not far from main strip and would estimate as a 10 minute walk.
