From the balcony of the room there was a fantastic sea and harbour view where you could see the sunset. It was also a good size with table and chairs plus an airer for drying clothes. The room itself was a very good size, with a fridge and coffee making facilities. The hotel was in a quiet street, but very close to the bus stop and heart of Sozopo

Everything was quite good: a comfortable & clean room, friendly & helpful owner, closeness to the beach & city centre. We liked staying here & are ready to visit the guest house Fotini 2 again. We're really grateful to the mistress.

The facilities are good. Santa Marina is comfortable place to stay and enjoy the vacation! It has very beautiful green areas, pretty well maintained. All the facilities in the rooms were more than we expected- we had it all- from microwave to computer.

Nice walking streets with no cars and see view;
Excellent (big, clean, and charge-free) pools (two);
A private (for the complex) beach;
A market which works till 23:00;

Ideal for family with children. The beach is very close (5 min walking); the studio is fully equiped for self catering. The complex has swimming pools,supermarket very close, playgrounds (indoor and outdoor) for children. You can also have a great trip to Sozopol with a minicar just near the complex.

The most beautiful and cozy hotel in Sozopol: different from all ugly buildings there. The owners are great: friendly, helpful, they made our stay so pleasant, nice, comfortable, and are eager to find a solution of any problem and wish that you might have. The hotel is just a few steps from the beach with a very nice view and a good point to rent

Good location - even though it's not the first line, you really have a sea view, and it's like 100 m from the beach, so no long walks. Design is really good and done to the little detail - for those, who appriciate. Breakfast is large and tasty, and you have a nice choice. Rooms are spatious, and the staff is very friendly.

The hotel is situated in a non-crowded area, very close to a smaller, more intimate beach then the other beaches in Sozopol. A very clean hotel, with nice rooms and beautiful garden. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.
There was a small playground and room with toys that was very appreciated by our 14 month old. :)
Pool never too crowded. Very close to the beach and a short walk away from the old town, good location.
Cleaning/changing of towels only every 3 days instead of every day wich we liked from an environmen
