Nice centrally located hotel, close to the railway station. The city center is not far away. The staff is polite, especially the receptionist who met me later in the evening when I arrived (I think - George). The bed is very very comfortable. -

Perfection!!! That describes our two night stay at Hotel Hebros.
Wonderfully located in the old historic center of Plovdiv, the building
itself has a great history. Walking the cobbled streets around the old
center, there is much to see. We ate dinner both nights in the Hebros
restaurant and both enjoyed our choices. Breakfast is also nicely serve

The location & general situation of the hotel were superb, the food
was excellent, and the staff worked very hard to accommodate us. [We
were a group of 7 people--question 2 above did not cover it; and we were
in Plovdiv for a wedding.] The Hotel Exotic was a great choice for us. -

Great hotel. Very helpful English speaking staff.
Rooms are very spacious (some with balconies)
Very clean. Bathroom is big with excellent shower.
Bathrobes and slippers provided.
Plovdiv airport is very close, about 10 minutes away, and the hotel is very easy to find, just one right turn from the airport.
The hotel also has a 1st class restaurant.
Would highly recommend.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - and the 24hr recption was always manned by a happy smily receptionist no matter what time! The room was an excellent size and had a lovely view of the hills of Plovdiv. It was well placed, not too close to the centre but only a 10 min walk. It was modern and well decorated, so too were the rooms.

Stayed in many hotels in Plovdiv. Novotel is by far the best. The upper floors has a nice city view. The receptionists were very helpful. -
Good position. Friendly, informative front-desk staff. Nice design and amenities. OK value for money if you catch a discount.

This is a simple *** hotel - but it is quite clean, staff is helpful. Air conditioning was working properly.
It is far from the city center and from the Old Town, but it can be quite good for people travelling by car and just visit Plovdiv to get an overall impression of the city. -

The location is great if you're coming in or out of the city through the north bus station. The staff was very nice and everything was in good condition. It is a nice place to stay in Plovdiv. -
