  I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel. We have stayed a short time in the building and unfortunately we didn't have time to look around (we have been especially interested in fitness ) but we have only comp... τι λέει ο κόσμος » liments. - What was there not to like about this place? Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

  I stay in many hotels both for leisure and business and the staff were perfect. The reception staff were faultless and very helpful and friendly. The porter were exceptional helping me park my car, moving it because the police had requested it to be removed during a rally taking place outside and with directions.   Everything was wonderful ! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich with a variety of traditional and international dishes so that it can cater everyone's needs.
