  Apartment was lovely, v spacious and comfortable. Great location. Check in was v easy (easy with us getting lost and being late) and corresponding with Denislava with any concerns/questions was a pleasure.   I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel.
