  The staff were very polite. The room was big and clean. There was an baby bed in the room for our baby! - Very good possition close to pedestrian area and the sea. Room, probably, was just renowated and very clean.

  I stayed in a sizeable suite with 2 balconies overlooking quiet backstreets. Non smoking rooms but the balconies have ashtrays. Radiator heating for winter and a/c for summer. The bathroom had a small tub and power shower over. Comfortable King bed and high quality furnishings.   Panorama is awesome, the room is large and has a lot of features, but needs a little bit refurbishment (at least the one we stayed in). The bathroom was also great and in top condition, only that a heavy smell could be noticed after the fan was working.   El apartamento esta muy bien, tiene todas las comodidades TV. , internet wifi y esta completamente equipado, tiene de todo lo necesario y algo mas. tuvimos un roblema con el cohe de alquiler,se lo llevo la grua y los propietarios se desvivieron ayudandonos hasta que quedo todo resuelto llevandonos en su propio coche.   We thought the hotel was fine. It is nothing fancy but it's in a great location to explore Varna. We found it pretty easily using google maps and got a pretty good night sleep.   The staff are very helpful. The hotel is small and friendly. We only stayed for one night and use them everytime we go to Varna now. You have to reserve parking which is good as there is really no parking in this area.   The location is great, only 5 mins to the sea. Also there is great shopping center just near the Sea Park where you can buy everything you need - food etc. The staff is nice and helpful. Rooms clear and newly refurbished. Highly recommended! - everthing was brill no faults at all
