πολύ καλό πρωινό, καθαρισαν το δωματιο στις 3 διανυκτερευσεις 1 φορα (μας έπλειναν μέχρι και τα ποτήρια),καταπληκτική θέα στα χιονισμένα βουνά, καινούριο ξενοδοχείο, συνεχής λειτουργία spa, saouna, steam, gym,poul - Ανετα δωμάτια, καινουριο ξενοδοχείο με σύγχρονες εγκαταστάσεις

This is a great place and excellent value for money. Our apartment was spacious and light with well equipped kitchen that come handy as we did not feel like eating out. SPA facilities are excellent, large swimming pool and relaxing Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. I particularly liked the lobby with the roaring fire place really welcoming and cosy.

This hotel is Excellent and I would give it full 10 marks. Unlike other
places we stayed in, with this hotel you get what you see on the
pictures and description. We stayed in a studio apartment which was
specious, with modern furniture, clean and warm. The bed was very
comfortable. The facilities in the hotel are also very good and
importantly they were clean. We thoroughly enjoyed using the pool,
Jacuzzi and steam room. The service is also first–rate and we found the
staff extremely helpful.

Nice view from the window. Big apartment, quite and noisy district. In the room is the small kitchen with toaster, microwave and everything to prepare a meal. The staff is nice. And breakfast is quite good.

Κοντά στο κέντρο του χωριού και στο ski lift. Δυνατότητα μεταφοράς στο ski lift με van του ξενοδοχείου. Φιλικό προσωπικό. Κέντρο spa καλό με δυνατοτητα sauna hamam και πισίνα, δωρεάν. -

The hotel was excellent: the girl from reception gave us useful tips, the cleaning was every day, the rooms were big and also with kitchen accessories (just like in the pictures). From my point of view it's the best report quality/price. Totally recommend it! -

The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff. The spa
facilities were good. We were the only guests in the hotel because it
was out of season so we had the pool to ourselves. It is near to the
road up the mountain where there are fantastic views, as well as near
the ski lift. -

The hotel is well positioned, although the small distance to the gondola is not a direct way, as you have to go around, on the bridge, to pass. Still, there is a free shuttle available, which takes you there in 1 minute. The breakfast is very good and tasty. The spa service is included in the room price. -

Very good value for money, clean apartments, nice furniture, fireplace,
good location if you have a car (3-5 min from the gondola parking),
friendly and polite staff. This year we were in Zell am See, Austria -
Bansko and the whole accomodation is much, much better!!! -

Το προσωπικό ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό και πρόθυμο για εξυπηρέτηση, όποτε του ζητήθηκε. Όλοι οι χώροι ήταν πάντα καθαροί. Πολύ κοντά για το κέντρο της πόλης. Μεταφορά στη Gondola με mini bus του ξενοδοχείου.Ασύρματη σύνδεση Internet. - To van που μας μετέφερε στη βάση της Γόνδολας μας βόλεψε πάρα πολύ. Η θερμοκρασία στα δωμάτια ήταν ιδανική
