  The lovely rooms are very clean and comfortable with new modern bathroom/toilets, radio/clock, hair dryer new furniture & additional bedding if needed. Yordan is a perfect host who gives a pickup from airport service and can order hot food if required. Yordan is fluent in english french and I believe german too and he is very helpful. Avel is situated very close to the airport and there is a No. 18 bus service which takes you - Yordan, the owner, was extremely helpful in every way possible! He was a great host! I was very happy that he picked me up at the airport since taxis there can often overcharge tourists.The facility was very clean and comfortable. While not in the city center, it was easy to get there by a trolley bus. It's located in a safe neighborhood. Overall, I was very happy with this Guest House and highly recommend it for anyone looking for budget accommodations in Sofia! - It was a perfect guest house for our last night before flying home! Close to the airport, so we didn't need to drive anymore with our car into the centre of the city. There is a nice garden, where we could stay and relax. The owner was very warm and kind, offered us some wine - so we didn't have to go to the supermarket - and we had a nice talk with him in the garden. The guest house is as descriped in letsbookhotel.com, so we got what we expected and were happy!
