The charm of the location and this old house made into a B&B type of Hotel (5 rooms with bathrooms which offers other meals besides breakfast) is just beautiful. Staff very friendly and beyond helpful. Built on a hillside it has lush vegetation and is quiet. -

The hosts were very welcoming, with much good advice about how to get around and where to visit. The location was great, with a stunning view across the city and the perfect place to explore the Santa Teresa district and the historic city. Good rooms with an excellent breakfast provided a wonderful start to a day of getting to know Rio. -

Everything in the hotel was superb. Of course it is a bit expensive, but you are really treated like you "own the place".
The staff is just perfect. The hotel is basically a beautiful old house, with a brazilian decoration of its finest taste, and a breathtaking view of the city. Rooms are clean and classy. Just remarkable. We highly recommend it

Incredible place. Couldn't believe how much
luxury/value/etc. We were getting for the money. Felt like a
real steal. Would definitely stay there again if I was ever back in
Buzios. Location, staff, everything couldn't be better.

Even before we left the UK our host Isobel was most welcoming arranging pick up at the airport. We woke up the next morning to the most amazing view and fantastic breakfast on the veranda. There is no better view anywhere in Santa Theresa. The building is 60's art deco with a great conservatory with views for when it gets cooler. Anything you

I am a regular visitor to Rio, the views from Rio Panoramic are the best I have seen, absolutely stunning! Set in the hills of Santa Theresa, this beautiful house has been lovingly restored and furnished and decorated with great taste.
